I can’t believe there are only 2 reviews of this product! I bought this because I bought an almost identical weighted blanket duvet cover, but it was missing a corner tie and was too big (long) for my 48x72” weighted blanket I bought from a different company. This one cost a little bit more than the other, but I liked the design/pattern so I decided to take a chance, and I don’t regret it at all! This duvet cover is made really well and actually has the minky square pattern on both sides of the duvet (unlike the previous one I had where it was only on the top), and actually has a little bit of padding inside on both the top and bottom layers, which I feel adds strength to the cover.The cover is exactly as pictured and as described; I had no issues with it fitting my 48x72” weighted blanket from a different company. I posted some pictures to show how it looks it person (though the color shows up more silver due to my lighting- it is the gray color shown on the product page). It also has a zipper on one of the long sides to make it easier to insert your weighted blanket (again, see pics). This has 8 inner ties to secure it to your duvet insert (4 corners, 2 sides, and 2 extra in the middle of each short side), and are well made in my opinion.The zippered part is almost hidden if you didn’t know it was there, which makes the overall look of the blanket seamless. It is extremely soft on both sides and seems well-stitched and after using it for about two weeks, there are still no issues or even any hanging strings.Personally, I love the look of the box stitching, and how much classier it looks than other minky blankets that have the raised dots. This one also has an inner lining of slight padding, which my other one did not, which adds to its comfort and also helps protect the inner duvet better. I posted a pic with a standard sized hair tie to try to show the size of the individual square boxes for scale. So far, my weighted blanket (mine is by Hypnoser) has had no issues staying in place and it feels well-protected. I had to go a few nights without any cover due to my returning the previous one and buying this one to replace it, and let me tell you it makes a big difference! My weighted blanket got slightly stained from food (my fault) and there’s no easy way to clean it. Also, it was hard to adjust the blanket without fear of ripping it, as I was pulling on it directly. The only thing I did notice was that it was not as hot as it is with the cover. However, that is very common with a minky-type cover, especially this one, as it is slightly padded/lined so it is warmer than the blanket alone, but I’d take that any day over having piece of mind that my weighted blanket is protected and the feel of the minky material is so luxurious! Plus, since we are going into winter, there really is no downside to having a warmer blanket, and can even help you save on heating costs. (Btw, all weighted blankets tend to sleep “hot” because they are filled with usually 15-20lbs of glass beads/other material, so they are hot to begin with).I honestly really love this duvet cover and took the time to take many pictures and write this review because I feel it deserves it. I tried a different brand that looked the same as this on the item description page, but it was defective, and also made of less quality material. It also only had the square pattern on one side, and a smooth minky fabric on the other (something that I think is common with these patterned ones). However, the bottom non-quilted side was noticeably thinner, which I did not like- this one is the same on both sides, so you are free to flip it over and have it look the same. I was in no way compensated or even contacted by the seller to write a review of this product; I simply decided to write it in hopes it would help other customers, as I know I rely on reviews when buying things on Amazon. Hopefully this, along with the pictures I took, helps someone else who is in the market for this type of weighted blanket duvet cover!

This duvet cover is great so far! I love its soft luxurious feel, it’s buttery smooth and so warm. The ties in mine were sewn in very well - but time will tell if they continue to be. I’m lucky that I sew, I can just stitch them in again if they come loose. So if you’re having trouble with your ties, just get someone who knows how to sew to fix them. It fit my weighted blanket perfectly, and the ties lined right up with the loops on my blanket. It’s made it so soft and comfy, I never want to get out of bed.

This is David’s wife reviewing the product.I definitely would recommend to buy this cover for your weighted blanket. My weighted blanket is 15lbs and a queen size (60”x80”), so I bought this cover which is also 60”x80.” It’s soft and comfy. There are two sides on the blanket cover: smooth and bumpy balls pattern (as you can see in one of the pictures). I use the smooth side.There was no way I’m putting my weighted blanket in the washer. It’s made of tiny glass balls. I needed to find a cover for it and founded this one. It’s easy to put together. There are strings inside the cover. I would recommend turning your cover inside out first. Tie all the strings together, except for one. Leave the one untie, then once the blanket and cover are level and in the right position, tie the last string together. Hope that helps!

The blanket is very soft, comfortable, well made, but our weighted blanket has 2 holes on the side for a tie and the blanket only has one tie on the side so the weighted blanket moves inside the cover. So I recommend this if your insert matches the location of the ties.

I love the color (matches the pic), the feel, the quality. Definitely would purchase again.

Fits perfectly, easy to tie straps, soft and cozy

Very nicely made cover, soft with quality finishing. Very nice weight, not too heavy-keeps me very warm in winter. Getting cover onto weighted blanket could be a struggle but is very easy to put on if you turn it inside out, spread out on flat surface and line up your weighted blanket on top, pairing ties on cover with loops on blanket. (When I originally did this, the middle ties on the long side did not line up, as they were not located exactly in the middle- however when I flipped the top and bottom ends of the blanket, they lined up perfectly). Fasten ties to loops. Now reach in between the blanket and the cover, grab the far edge and pull blanket (and attached cover) out through the open zippered side to make the cover flip right-side out. Zip to close.

Feels nice but that's about it. The construction/sewing is pretty bad and weak. The ties inside which are meant to hold the weighted blanket in place probably likely won't last too long on a heavier blanket, especially if you're frequently moving the entire blanket around. Size is way too small according to their size chart.

Overall the blanket cover is great and very soft. Just wish they had use more stitches around the zipper and reinforce the rope that holds the 15lb blanket..

The texture and warmth of the cover is great. However, one of the inner strings used to secure the weighted blanket broke off within less than a month of use. Not sure if this is due to a sewing defect or poor quality. Due to everything else being great about it, I have decided to re-order. Hopefully, I don’t have the same issue again

The duvet cover I ordered was for the queen sized (60x80) weighted blanket and it doesn't fit. It maybe could pass as a full, but the blanket inside is folded on the sides to fit in this cover.I have queen bed and it doesn't cover the surface of the mattress, not even close.Also, the color is NOT grey. Its like a grey/blue.Super disappointed, would not recommend at all.

Je l'utilise pour ma fibromyalgie et celle-ci me procure de meilleure nuit de sommeil. J'avais peur de son poids mais au contraire, j'ai l'impression qu'elle flotte au dessus de moi. Juste un point négatif, n'achetez pas l'enveloppe avec du polyester car celle-ci empêche l'humidité de s'évaporer et toujours mettre des draps de coton pour avoir le 100% de cette merveilleuse couverture.

We ordered 2 of these Duvet’s. they are made of a nice fabric but both duvets have come apart at different spots and both have lost most of their ties. Very poor workmanship, shop else where if you want something of quality
