I used to make fun of my late mom and her fellow Florida retirement-community octogenarian friends, who'd pull gold lamé bibs out of their purses in restaurants. I would kid them that they looked silly, until they told me what dry cleaning cost them. I chalked it up to elderly shaky hands and just smugly sat there, clothing unstained. But as I reached my own golden years (and became rather "fully endowed up top" as well as developing a bit of a midsection), to my horror I discovered that the napkin in my lap stayed pristine while my "girls" and "spare tire" kept taking the hit. Tucking a napkin into my neckline--when it didn't fall out--looked ridiculous (like a cross between Wimpy & Oliver Hardy, not a good look for a gal still in her 60s) And food stains (especially rich sauces) are nearly impossible to eradicate--dry cleaners often fail. So I bit the bullet and bought this item. It's more discreet and easier to carry in my purse, and it works. Yes, I still look like I'm wearing a bib, but a lot less silly than tucking a napkin into my cleavage. Nobody giggles--they all ask where they can get one.

To All my lady srs out there who take pride in their appearance and clothing. Pls keep one if these in your purse. Many a times these along with the restaurant's cloth napkin kept my tops stain free while enjoying a great meal. The stylish looking clip looks awesome with your fashion. There hasn't been a restaurant when at least 1 other woman has stopped me to ask where I ordered such a clip. N to commend for the great idea to keep themselves looking good after the best of meals.

Initiated return and replace and it was replaced with one that was in one piece as it should look. Pretty, comes with a little red bag to store it in.

It broke after 2 months. Not made well.
