North American Health and Wellness, UV-Protection Wrap

This comes in handy while I am in the car. The color is a lavender grey and the material is light and soft. If I’m driving and I don’t have sunscreen on my chest and arms, it covers nicely like a shawl. Same for walking outside. If I’m caught in the sun and I don’t have sunscreen on, I just wrap it like a shawl and it covers arms, shoulder, neck and chest. I live in Florida and it’s hot and humid and this doesn’t make me hotter or sweaty.

I love this. It’s light weight. Right now it’s across my lap in the car. It’s keeping the AC from blowing on me and the sun is beating on my legs. The top is quite warm but my legs are cool and the sun isn’t beating through it. It makes a great shawl , I can put it over my hair when the sun is super hot, it folds very small. Best thing I got for being out in the sun and direct blowing cold AC.

I am thrilled with this product. I have lupus and react to the sun with a rash. I was at Disneyland in a wheelchair for 3 days and on day 1, I developed a sun rash on my lap through denim. The non-rash bands were where my leg braces are. (The sun exposure/irritation can cause a flare)I kept this shawl over my lap the next two days and didn’t have any issues with reactions. It’s also long enough to drape over my shoulders and cover my lap while seated.This shawl is very very soft and although it needs to be fairly thick to block the UV rays, it didn’t make me too hot.This was definitely a good investment for someone with sun sensitivity.

Used on a cruise as wrap and sun protection when on deck. Would probably buy again but also would prefer color to look more purple and less grey. Would prefer this to be a bit longer, less square. I want to love it but dont. I do like it. The feel is soft and seems to have done its job well.

Very large and versatile item for those of us with sun sensitivity. I get what's called the "hell's itch" after sun exposure, so having something I can keep in my purse and throw on is essential. This is large enough to wrap around my neck and cover my chest and arms completely. I'm 5'4" for reference. It's a bit heavier than I'd have preferred but that's a small price to pay when it comes to avoiding UV exposure.

I actually haven't seen the product in person as I had it shipped to my sister in CA for her birthday. I wanted to find something specifically for her upcoming trip to Italy that would have SPF in it which this does. She sent me a picture of her with it wrapped around her and said she loves it and that since I picked the lavender one she said it will go with pretty much everything she plans to take on her trip so I would say its was a successful choice! Pretty and functional!

I took this with me to go kayaking. I am very fair skinned and while I love the outdoors the sun and I do not see eye to eye. Usually there is no avoiding coming home burned but this time I brought this along with me, threw it over my legs and for the first time ever I did not go home roasted! It was light weight I did not feel overly heated and will 100% be taking this with me from now on.

Good quality fabric. It is heavier than I expected, and will have to be handled carefully ( It catches on my rough fingernails ) but I would recommend for size, color and price.
