Two hoses, still taking turns smoking lol
You can't pull on both hoses at the same time since there is no valve on the stem, and after trying the second hose valve has plugged and can no longer be used. I only liked the limoncello flavor that came with it, but the coals are super easy to start and it's a great little table top hookah overall.

This was NOT a RED TWO hosed hookah. I recieved a different color with 1 hose.
