I have taken many types of multivitamin. Pills, capsules, powders, liquids and gelcaps.And most of the time I find the best results from shake mixes that have protein and vitamin in them; unlike many of the other forms of multivitamin out there, shakes don't give me an upset stomach and seem to absorb better. Unfortunately, shakes generally taste awful and are usually fairly expensive. Plus a few of them contain ridiculous amounts of vitamin. I've never done well on really high doses of any of the B vitamins (which almost all of them contain). And one shake I tried had enough vitamin A in it to drop a bear. Not sure what they were trying to accomplish there. Other than make me afraid to even take it.Which brings in this odd looking fellow, one of the few pill vitamins that seemed to improve my overall well-being and energy. I really love the green color, although some may find it off-putting. I also love the fact that there are a lot of plants and things in the pill, rather than a million vitamins at a million times the dose you need them. I have never had stomach trouble using these tablets. If you had an ultra-sensitive stomach (or are concerned about absorption), you could split the daily dose between morning and night since you're supposed to take two a day (making each bottle about 45 days worth of pills).That said, this vitamin is basically a B-complex with A, C, E and green foods tacked to it. If you are looking for something with everything (and have the iron-sided stomach needed to digest such a monster), this may not be the right pill for you. If you're looking for a gentle b-complex with a terrifyingly long list of algaes and plants attached, this is probably more up your alley. It has some folic acid, but only 49% per serving, so it probably wouldn't fly as a prenatal. It does have 100% of your B-12, if you're looking for that.On an aside, every bottle I've gotten had a lab certificate declaring the pill had what they said they had in them and that they would break down instead of traveling the digestive tract whole. It's a nice touch. I like that the company at least is thinking about some quality control.In summary, this is great for those of us not needing their entire daily sum of nutrients in a pill. If your doctor recommended a b-complex, or you want to ingest things like Cystoseira canariensis, Irish Moss, enzymes, probiotics, Turnip Greens and Dulse on a regular basis (along with twenty or so other little friends) then this is the pill for you! I have only been taking this amazing vitamin supplement for a couple of days now and I can't say enough about the quality of Natures Plus Juice Green Multivitamin. These little vitamins pack so much goodness in them, and they are about half the price of other brands I have chosen. I feel more alert and have received an energy burst in my day. I have just started by taking one in the morning and one in the afternoon and I have felt a more consistent energy level since. Working two jobs doesn't always give me time to eat the best and consistently and these vitamins are supplying the nutrients I have been missing and giving me the energy to follow through on commitments at work. I plan on continuing taking these for a long time and I cannot wait to see and feel the results.

Nice product! The first couple of weeks I didn't think it worked and then my nails started to look better as well as my skin. I also feel like I have a boost in energy.

This is my first experience with the Nature's Plus Ultra Juice Green and Red products. So far, so good. I have been using Juice Plus+, which helps my energy level(s), but it is expensive and there have been issues with the quarterly delivery system which I have not been able to resolve. I decided to try Nature's Plus as a substitute and have found it to be helpful -- it keeps my energy level consistent without highs and lows. I have medical conditions which affect my stamina and cognition and so far these seem to be slightly less of a problem with using these products.

I been use this for 2 years. Suggest after one is on these for (60-90 days) depending on our body size bump the number to 3 per day. I take mine with my morning meal in the day alone with other supplements that I take with my meal. Don't take them without food. Great product for me.

I take two of these first thing every morning on an empty stomach with lots of water and it keeps me energized and regular.

Vitamins digest well. Provides extra nutrient extracts with vitamins and no constipation. My family can use all the extra nutrients they can get.

Although i eat a good amount of fruit, veg and grains, I feel confident that this supplement is helping, especially my digestion. One thing i am surprised about though, is no has said how awful they taste, i make sure i have water at hand and also a a pitted prune to take the taste away.
