Concern on Customer Service. Product is Excellent
Product looks good but am more concerned on the after sales service as I tried their Call Centre (Toll Free No.) for couple of days now and not even a single time someone answered it. I wanted clarity and process to convert from LPG to PNG compatibility as am using an Adani Gas Connection. I even tried putting up this request on their Website. But received a call from their service centre on a delayed date by whn I had already contacted a local vendor to get my request sorted. Rest the product looks sleek and Amazing.

Frustrating four years of use!
Within a year of use, we discovered a dangerous design flaw. During cleaning at the end of the day, the soft-touch, silent knobs can get accidentally turned on! The knobs are designed such that you can't tell that its ON unless you look really closely. We found out after smelling gas the next morning! Our kitchen is well ventilated, so we averted disaster. Initially we blamed ourselves for being careless, but this happened several times with different people. We eventually solved this by sticking reflector tape strips on the knobs so we can visually ensure they are closed properly.Just after the warranty period, the large burner needed to be replaced because it got bent! Never heard of such a problem in the 20 year old cheap hob i had 'upgraded' from. The service team said this was expected, because of all the heat (!?!). They tried to convince us that we should take and AMC costing 5,500/- for two years so that parts can be replaced when required. We had to shell out a few thousands just for the burner ring.Recently, one of the small burners stopped working. Over the phone service team said the nozzle needs to replaced and asked for immediate payment on UPI. The technician arrived WITHOUT the spare part, and after inspection, said actually the pipe needs to be replaced. That's when we decided this was getting to be too high maintenance. I cancelled the repair and asked for a refund. It's been a week, still waiting for the refund. The service team won't respond to my calls or text. So frustrating!I suspect the product is designed to fail, so they can nudge you to pay regular AMC subscription. Totally lost my trust on the Faber brand. In any case I'll never recommend a Faber to anyone, just based on the terrible knobs!

AUTO IGNITION IS FAKE DOES NOT WORK -
The auto ignition powered by a battery does not work. From day one, the ignition system had problems and a dozen times the technicians visited, but the ignition system goes off after a few days. I had even complained to the Service Director, a guy came up to convert the ignition system to electric free of cost, but nothing happened thereafter. I had replaced an old Faber cooking range which worked perfectly for more than 20 years, but it was made in Italy. I strongly suggest that do not buy the Faber cook ranges with battery powered ignition system
