Funziona con tutte le sim e di quasiasi operatore. Pratica,leggera e affidabile. Spedizione veloce. L'alternativa per chi come me vive in una zona,dove l adsl telefonica non arriva.

Produit tout à fait opérationnel, qui demande cependant d'êtreautonome en informatique et/ou en réseau pour pouvoir leconfigurer et le mettre en service.

This is my first dongle of this kind, so have nothing to compare it with (which is why I give 4 stars rather than 5), but I find it a marvellous addition to travelling. It's neat and simple, weighs nothing, since there is no battery, and copes with several devices well. In 2G areas it is too slow for anything but email and the odd internet page. I don't know if this is a function of the device or the network, but in 3G areas it's great. Pop in whatever data SIM card you want and away you go. There is nothing to tell you of the SIM card orientation so I had to try a couple of times to get it right. When at home, it sits 24/24 plugged into a USB power supply without complaint, and on the move into a usb port on the laptop. The wifi signal doesn't have a great range. You won't pick it up outside the house. There is an aerial port but Huawei doesn't seem to sell aerials and I can't seem to get any information out of them regarding such a thing, but that is not really a gripe at the device.

Ich war auf der Suche nach einem SIM-Lock freien USB Modem, weil ich geschäftlich und privat unterschiedliche Dienstanbieter habe und bin begeistert. Man kann im Gegensatz zu anderen Dongle hier auch noch eine externe Antenne anschließen (habe ich gleich bei Amazon mitbestellt)Die zusätzliche Funktion als Router (Auch über einen USB Adapter für die Steckdose) ist ein nettes Feature, was ich persönlich zwar nicht brauche aber wer so etwas sucht, ist hier gut beraten.Dank Plug’n’Play Plus stellt er im Handumdrehen eine Verbindung mit jedem WLAN-fähigen Gerät her – ganz ohne Software-Installation! Die Konfiguration erfolgt spielend leicht über einen beliebigen Web-Browser im WLAN.Mit Übertragungsraten bis zu 21,6 Mbit/s (Download) / 5,76 Mbit/s (Upload) ist der Stick auf dem derzeitigen Stand der Technik einer der Besten.Ich kann hier ohne schlechtes Gewissen eine Kaufempfehlung aussprechen.

Had mine for about a couple of weeks to replace an old Huawei USB dongle that is very slow. However, the E355 works much faster with the same T-Mobile SIM in it (in the UK). 3G signal strength is improved still further with one of these inexpensive clip-on antennas (http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00FEAL2L2/ref=pe_385721_37038051_TE_3p_dp_1) and an SMA-CRC9 adapter.Not yet tried the Wifi features but very happy with it so farUpdate - tried the wifi and it does work - connected a couple of tablet and phones to it and then to the dongle's ISP via 3G.HOWEVER, there is one important caveat that I must mention - as far as I can see, it really does not like operating the wifi network if it is in a PC which is already connected to another home network. It looks to me as if the USB stick network address if 192.168.1.1 and that cannot be changed (at least by the users)and that seems to clash with the existing network router address (mine is close but not exactly the same) and the dongle's browser won't then loadSo it seems that you have a choice :- Ignore the dongle completely and connect your PC via your normal wifi/wired Ethernet connection to your (home) networkor- disconnect your PC from the latter network, connect to the dongle and use its own 3G connection to an ISP.Someone with far more network admin/configuration CAN probably work around this problem, but I would not recommend any ordinary user to try I!Update No 2 - And now I've gone and lost the thing and will have to buy another one :-(
