Good filter media box
Great little filter box. However, please note that it does not comes with the filter media shown in the picture. You have to get it separately. In the product description given on Hagen Marina website, filter media comes with it. So I wonder where that is ? Any way I am happy with it's functionality

The Filter does its job but you have to clean the filter once a while to remove fish waste from it which will be Messy...and you need an extra air pump.You can go for products like ORIGINAL Venus Aqua 6001F Aquarium Internal Filter for all Aquariums. 880 L/Hr. 15 Watt Motor. serves the purpose but looks very flimsy.
the product is made out of clear plastic and looks very flimsy, feels it will definitely break if some how slipped from hand. any way, it serves the purpose. just add some filter media and poly-wool in the container, attach an airline tubing and it's good to go. very easy to setup and clean. ideal for small aquariums with fishes which do not like high flow such as bettas or shrimps.
