Best Choice Products Motorized Electric Auto HD Projection Screen, 100-Inch, 4:3 Display

When I unpacked it, I noticed the bar that is attached across the bottom of the screen had its right end lodged up in the main housing. If I had tried to lower the screen then only the left-hand side would have been free and the right-hand side would have stayed lodged in the housing. Fortunately, I noticed it first and was able to free it with a slight nudge from a flathead screwdriver. Other than that, the screen is incredibly nice for its price. The motor is super quiet albeit a little slow to raise/lower, but its for my "Man Cave" so it's not a big deal to me. The remote and its wall mount are a nice touch. I did notice the infamous "smell" on the screen but it's not that noticeable and it goes away after a couple of hours. All in all, I'm very happy with the purchase.

So waited a month before I reviewed it but I am highly sastified. It was easy to put up and I didn't have to put together anything. Literally stucked on the wall and plugged it up. Don't bother with the instruction. I'm not the smartest cookie so I didn't even attempt to understand what alien language this was. All you really need is the up and down button. Plus the thing comes with batteries!!!!! For the first time in forever, batteries are INCLUDED!!!!!! It's even comes with a remote carrier in case you want to stick it on the wall somewhere. Little side note. Before you start it, there is some card board in between the screen and the machine. Make sure to take it out or it will get stuck when you turn it on.

Bought this same screen two years ago. It was great for the price. Meaning the screen was nothing special but didn't have any major flaws. Then I ordered another because my original screen got damaged. Well the new one was a joke. I mean even for a cheap screen it was unacceptable. The screen material had fold creases in it every 4 inches like the material was sitting folded for a looong time before it was manufactured into a screen. The previous screen curved a little at the edges, being that the screen is not tensioned this is understandable and forgivable since it was uniform and at the periphery and formed no waves. The new screen is all wavy on the bottom where it meets lower metal bar like it wasn't even stretched straight when it was manufactured. This all makes for an image that is annoying at best. When I tried to return it I was told I would have to pay for shipping, which for an oddly shaped large item would probably be as much as I paid for it, and that it would be inspected for defect when they received it which essentially means they could say, "well its a crappy cheap screen so there's nothing "defective" with it so tough luck". Buyer beware. My first screen WAS good for the cost but I would not buy this again because the screen I got the second time was essentially defective but you wouldn't know which one you are getting till its staring you in the face.

TWO THINGS I LIKE ABOUT IT1.) High Quality product - there was one time due to human error it fell down badly from the ceiling, I thought it was broken, but it didn't break. its pretty solid i will say.2.) Smells plastic - when it arrived it smells plastic or some kind of chemical but it went out immediately when I roll it all the way and just kept it that way for 2 days and the plastic smell goes away. I thought if i wipe it with glide or any cleaning spray it will go away but it didn't even with the lemon flavor or what I tried them all but didn't worked. (I only tried home used products)3.) It has a remote which means I can connect it to a smart device and consolidate all of my remote controlled devices or appliances which lead up to smart home with integration with Alexa.

Don't be fooled by the price, this thing is awesome. Don't hesitate to purchase this. It's very quiet going up and down and can be controlled by the power cord that has a control on it, or by wireless remote.

I would have given this screen 5 stars, except that when I unpacked it, the screen was jammed inside the unit. It took some muscling to get it out. The left side of the screen (along the edge only) got chewed up by the roller during this process. Hung it using Elite Screen 6in hangers. Picture looks gorgeous on the screen using an Epson 2150 projector. The remote works well along with the unit itself for moving the screen up and down and the motor that drives the screen is incredibly quiet. The only annoying part about the screen motion is very loud beep that the unit gives off when you press any of the buttons. Also, the remote has left/right buttons for absolutely no reason. I placed this screen in front of the window in my theater room, and with the black backing, it immediately blocks out the light that is able to make it through the blinds, completely darkening the room. All-in-all though this screen was a good purchase and you can't beat the price. I looked for months and months for an affordable screen, and this one fits the bill. Every other company out there that makes a powered screen wants a minimum of $150-$200 for them. I highly recommend this projector screen for anyone that is looking to set there home theater.

IMPRESSED!!! I honestly don't even know how this projector screen is not $150 + like the other ones out there. My point is that...the quality of this product is amazing, and is easliy worth more than what it is being sold for. It's definitely a win. It came neatly packaged, no dents like some of the other reviews (which is not the sellers fault anyway if that does happen). It is easy to set up. You can mount it directly to the wall or purchase some hooks or brackets. The motor on this thing is quiet and smooth. The remote is very responsive, and works from across the room. All in all, a huge win, and I definetly recommend it. You will not be disappointed!!

Super surprised that this turned out the way it did. For the price, and the size... MOTORIZED... I was sure it was going to be garbage, and for what I was going to use it for it would have been fine. But to my surprise, this is a well made, METAL SHELLED screen, and it's more than I could have asked for at that price... or TWICE that price for that matter.Excellent Purchase.

Product delivered very timely. The motor stopped working on second day. After some exchanging of e-mails, the company offered a full refund or replacement and not needing to return faulty screen. The new one was delivered quickly, the motor is quieter and has worked very well for the past few weeks. I was impressed by Amazon standing behind the products they sell as well as Best Choice Products being cooperative to address my concern with the first screen. Great deal for price and very clear picture.

Great projection screen for the price, love the remote control. The delivery was fast too.
