was VERY flat when it came in the mail. Very little material overall. We actually had to go and find more material similar to it and sew it in between the different layers to make it fluff up more. Also, go a size larger if possible. I have a 17.5 inch neck and the large was barely able to hold on and that was the "big" one. If you're a a 36" waist or higher... good luck getting the "big" on to fit.

Looks great and very Victorian steampunk. My husband or the neck piece over a plain white shirt and added a jacket and the cuffs coming out from under the jacket and it looked outstanding. I might use it for my notorious RBG costume! And he has just regular Victorian vest and things and they will look great with that . I highly recommend them.

These do not fit the wrist. I will have to put new velcro on they close with velcro. These are nice though

I bought this for casual wear, but it definitely is a costume piece. I’d recommend it for a Halloween or stage costume

I thought this was going to be the type where you’ll have to tie it yourself, but it’s just a Velcro snap on.

Was part of my Pennywise costume. Im 120lbs and have very small wrists so I had to safety pin these cuffs to be smaller because they slid right off.

This item was very well made and looks very good but my collar size is 16 1/2 and it doesn't reach which is a shame as in every other way its excellent

Product required to complete kilt outfit for Burns Supper. Only a Jabot arrived but no cuffs. Description stated Jabot and cuffs set which was why I ordered it.

Quite good with Velcro fastening. Needs a bit of bling to set it off
