I previously ordered this product a year ago and was thrilled with the quality.Regrettably, this recent purchase is a disappointment. Resembles block cheese from Costco. If that is what I wanted, I would have simply gone to Costco versus paying over $70 for this cheese.

Received on first day listed as possible delivery. One wedge, vacuum sealed and weight was 5lb 3.1 oz for a 5lb purchase. Wedge was smooth bottomed rind, other side was irregular. In my mind I can picture this as an entire round, cut a wedge and you would still have a rind top and bottom. Then slice that wedge down the center of the "edible" cheese and this would be the result (well half of it). Very happy with it. As good of a price as you will find. They put a cold pack on top and shipped it in a insulated Styrofoam box, however it still got a bit warm due to 100 deg. day. Very Happy.

I was worried when one customer review said they got all rind. I did not get all rind, and it all looks good.
