These are fresh batteries. They haven't been sitting on the shelf for too long.
It's easy to tell whether a battery is a winner. The longer it takes to charge, the longer it will take to discharge. These batteries take a good while to charge up. I'm going to buy a couple more.

I would like to know how to return it
Received the battery in a timely manner...Instructed to fully charge battery...Have tried charging this battery 3 times...It does not work...I would like to know how to return it...there was no packing slip or invoice included.
