Excellent product. I suffer from sleep issues for year's and was given all type of prescription drugs that made it worse with side effects. I can go weeks without sleep and this product save me. This the only product that ever work and I've taken almost everything on the market and Nothing work. I can sleep now for hours and fall asleep fast. This product works.

I took this product about 30 minutes before I wanted to go to bed, read a little, & brushed my teeth. That’s about how long it takes for a headache to start. I take no prescriptions so there is no conflict with any medication. I tried it for 7 days to make sure the headache couldn’t be from another source. This is not a good product for me.

The bottle is dark and small so when I look for it in my container of supplements I have a hard time seeing it & the package writing is a bit small and difficult for someone with eyesight issues. HOWEVER, the actual product itself seems to work very well, it's not overly strong so I don't have a difficult time waking up in the morning like some of the other products I've taken in the past. If I have to get up early & don't give myself enough time to get rest, I do feel a little sleepy for several hours after I try to wake up. Overall, it seems to be very helpful so far.

I've been a loyal user of Harmony Sleep Aid for more than 4 years and I an quite disappointed with this shipment. I don't want to accuse the supplier or manufacturer, but the tablet aren't full, the label seems suspect...bubbled and sticky..Lastly and MOST CONCERNING, these are causing stomach and head pain. It started gradually but has gotten a little more concerning. I have since stop consuming out of fear that this is not the Authentic brand I usually purchase.Again, I HAVE NEVER EVER HAD AN ISSUE IN THE 4 YEARS I'VE USED THIS PRODUCT.I'm going to say I received a "bad lot", as not to accuse.It would be nice to receive a replacement or refund.

These rarely work for me. I have taken this along with natural stress-relief tablets and it still doesn't work. I have still laid in bed tossing and turning with my thoughts about work, etc. If you have mental or psychological stress, this is not strong enough to lull you to sleep. It's not potent enough.

Before trying this product, I wasn't able to sleep for than 4 to 5 hours a day. I use this in combination with other Internal Harmony products. It works great. Sleeping 7 to 8 hours per day and loving it.

I've been using Internal Harmony daily for years. Recently added their sleep aid and natural progesterone and I've noticed a big difference with my menopause. I recommend using all 3 products as a natural alternative to HRT.
