Hello.. The clock is beautiful. We have it since 2 years. One hand came out due to mishandling.. can it be fixed?

Yes. The pin holding the hands can be pulled out, might require pliers. And new ones can be put in. New hands can be purchased locally, or you can contact the seller through amazon and request for new ones. I faced the same problem and the seller supplied me with new hands and shared a video of how to do it myself at home.
