Just what I needed
I recently acquired a renewed N64, and as a bonus it came with an old controller with a (tragically) damaged memory pak. It sometimes let me save and load on it but I knew I needed a new one in the long run. This Tomee memory card works just as good as an original, and it allowed me to back up my original saves to ensure I'll be able to keep playing them!

Works great!
I bought this, not realizing both my controllers already had them. I still ended up using it and it works like a charm!

It works despite corruption warnings, but can't access full 256KB
Like others I was getting a warning that the memory card is corrupted when formatting, however, the trick is to find a game that only does this check when booting and save anyways later on (trying to format the card always met with a corruption error). For example, I was able to save in Quest 64 by selecting "Continue without saving", and attempting to save anyways. Once there is a valid save file, other games seem to be able to read and use the card as normal. Docking half a star for this issue.I thought I had an issue with not being able to access the full memory on this pak but I was mistaken and I have corrected my review on this point. The card incorrectly bills itself as supporting 256KB storage, but this is incorrect. It supports 256Kb (kiloBITS, not kiloBYTES), which 256 Kb is equal to 32 KB. I do have access to all memory on this pak. If the manufacturer reads this, use the correct casing for the unit of measurement, please. KB, Kb, and KiB all mean different things though they look similar. Docking half a star for this issue.I've seen other reviews mention this, but I haven't encountered this being recognized as a rumble pak. I thought I hit this, but turns out I actually had my rumble pak in still. But keep this in mind that others report this being recognized incorrectly as a rumble pak, which sounds like it may occur more often with third party controllers. Not docking any stars since I haven't hit this but wanted to include for awareness.Overall, four stars. It does what it advertises, though they could be more accurate about the storage size and maybe include some instructions explaining how you get the corruption error.

Great Find!
I was super skeptical these memory cards would work. But these were cheap and I figured "Why not?" All of my progress in Rush 2 has saved and I'm in the middle of a circuit with no issues. I would highly recommend at this point in time. As long as they last, which only time will tell, I am very satisfied! One other customer, Josh the Tinkerer, is saying it doesn't fit but in his picture you can see he's comparing a "Jumper Pack" which goes inside the actual N64, to the "Memory Pack" which goes inside the back of the controller where a rumble pack would also go in order to save data for games where the cartridge doesn't save automatically (almost all 1st party games made by Nintendo save on the game, this is for 3rd party games like ones made by Midway (Rush 2, NFL Blitz 2001) which I can confirm both work with this product). If you have a Nintendo game like Ocarina of Time or Mario Kart, the data is saved on the game cartridge. If yours isn't, this won't won't because the battery in your game cartridge is dead and that's the problem.
