Q: What is the estimated grind time for 18g for espresso?

hmm... I never timed it. I grind about 14-15 grams for a La Pavoni Lever machine (which needs a finer grind than for an E61 in my opinion) in about 30-40 seconds. It becomes easier as the burrs break in.

The grinds bin is roughly 72mm (2.8in) outside diameter.
