Fantastic product. I’ve used this moist heat pad for decades and I would order it again.Only one issue-the temperature is not adjustable.

I purchased the heat pad and used it for a few months. Then it broke; I sent it back to the manufacturer; however, they refused to honor the warranty. Stay away from this company.
