Speed Beez617 10 Shot Loading Block

I was very happy with this block. It is of good quality and the bullets do not fall out. It is relatively small and fits well in my ammo bag and the palstic bag it came in works well and allows two speed loaders to fit. The Speedez loader works great with this block and it is all easy to use loading system. It takes about two minutes of practice to work fast. Well worth the bucks.

Today I was finally able to get to the range and use the Speed Beez speedloader with this loading block. I had originally planned to buy several speedloaders but this block makes it so easy there is little need for a second speedloader. This makes it almost a pleasure to shoot those tiny 22s in the 617. Heck, it is a pleasure! When I arrived home I ordered a second loading block. I carry/store the 617 in its original foam lined S&W box and two of these blocks loaded with 22s stay nicely in place. If you include another 10 in the speedlaoder that's 90 rounds of 22 ammo. At todays prices that's enough for me as I also shoot 100 rounds each week in my Model 41 and yes, I bring 10 loaded mags for that also.If you're on in years as I am you'll certainly appreciate how easy this makes loading the gun with arthritic fingers and tired eyes.

This is a fantastic item. You can set up a box of fifty. 10 in the speed loader, and four rounds of ten in this block. Eject the used cases, and pop in another 10 rounds easy as pie. You won't be sorry for this purchase. I should have thought of this years ago. They also make a great case(by Otterbox) to hold the block and some speed loaders. Enjoy the range more, buy this block.

With the loading block and two speedloaders, I am set up for Ruger Rimfire Challenge and Steel Challenge matches with my S&W 617, which is currently my favorite gun to shoot. I do have to have another shooter refilling the speedloaders as I shoot, since the full set of stages is minimum 50 rounds, but that is never an issue.

This loading block in combination with a speed loader could not be any easier for loading a revolver. Preload your loading block by putting the bullets in the holes nose down then clamp the speed loader on the back of the shells and transfer from loading block to revolver. I believe it is simpler than loading magazines for a semi auto. If you shoot a lot of rounds then buy a larger loading block.
