One of the family has experienced health issues related to heavy metal poisoning (not the music lol). Dr prescribed Mt Capra Mineral Whey to balance out system, provide nutrition that was compromised, and calm the nerves, and this does help as intended. Can be mixed in water if you like the taste, or smoothies if you don't. It dissolves better than other wheys we have tried. Tasty as a powdered milk substitute in tea, but not so much in coffee. If you like goat milk (we do) this is yummy. It can be an aquired taste if you're not used to it. This has been a staple in our home for awhile, with it's clean taste and consistent quality, and nutritional benefits.

Delicious and nutritious
Love this. Dissolves easily when mixed. I usually add in maple syrup and it's so good.

Update
Update Review:I've been taking this for over a month now, and can't imagine trying any other source for the minerals my body has been craving. If you are watching your oxalates, this is also a wonderful option to get your potassium, magnesium and calcium. Value for the money? I can now say, yes! This is definitely worth every penny spent. Thank you Mt. Capra!First Review:Been using for a couple of weeks and think it's going to be a fit for me. I'm just using one tablespoon a serving for right now. Value for the money, I imagine it is priced right, due to the process in making it, but will have to consider after I've used it completely. The size I purchased lasts for two weeks at 2 tablespoons a serving, for around $23.00. I guess that's not too bad. I'll keep you posted!

You'd need to eat an avocado or a sweet potato to get near the amount of potassium that ...
This is one of those products that I intend to use for long-term, as long as I can afford it. It's made from goat milk, grass-fed I believe, which means it should be easier to tolerate than cow milk for those who have issues with dairy. It contains a lot of bang for your buck when it comes to the electrolyte content. You'd need to eat an avocado or a sweet potato to get near the amount of potassium that this stuff has, and it also has the same amount of calcium as a serving of dairy products, plus it has magnesium and naturally occurring sodium. These four minerals (and others), called electrolytes, are important to maintaining various processes in your body based on electrical reactions and energy needs. They are probably the next-most important thing to consider in your diet after you take care of your macronutrient needs. The thing that really sells this stuff for me is that it is an animal product and is alkalizing like vegetables are. But while you might get beneficial compounds from consuming plants, your ability to absorb the mineral content isn't going to be as good as an animal-sourced food. That means you are consuming the equivalent of a serving or more of vegetables in terms of mineral content and your body can utilize that mineral content better than if you got it from vegetables! If you are concerned about your health and don't like to eat too many vegetables, this may be one part of a strategy to counteract deficiencies that would otherwise result from that dietary choice.

Capra Whey
Good product. You have to keep in a dry place or the moisture will make the powder very hard.

Very pleased
I needed to boost my potassium and calcium this is perfect. No flavor when I mix it into a coffee drink with collagen.

Enjoyed the taste and minerals, but couldn't tolerate the dairy
I am sensitive to dairy and I was hoping this would be suitable for me because it's from goat, however that was not the case. I did experience my typical problems with dairy, including acne. I also had some histamine reactions from it which is unsurprising since that would happen with any dried product (for me), and I was consuming tablespoons of it per day. That being said, I did notice positive effects when I first started taking it before the other issues caught up with me. It lessened my back pain and helped me sleep and I really enjoyed the taste, usually making a morning drink out of it with hot water, maple syrup, and some added salt. I had one instance where I was experiencing back pain while out of town since I wasn't sleeping on my usual mattress, and making a drink out of this stuff unlocked my back and allowed me to drive for an hour and walk around easily at my destination, so that was a blessing. I struggle to get sources of potassium and especially calcium, so it was great in terms of those nutrients.
