Tools are not included. I highly recommend this item it has lots of compartments for your tools and it's really easy to carry. Made of very durable Material.

Is this bag good for a body man or mechanic?

I am a diesel mechanic and love my bag. I don’t use all of the compartments, but I like the build quality. I put my impact and some electric tools and any socket and wrench I want and go where ever I need to be. I highly recommend.

Would a tool belt fit in the backpack?

The tool belt will fit.but it all depends on what you have in bag and belt.would have to be fold.the belt . It's a Verry help full bag.
