Incredible relief!
I had my doubts buying this pillow, but read some of the reviews and decided to try it. Mind you, I have a graveyard full of pillows I tried, and truly was desperate. I tried the memory foam ones.. they tend to be hard and uncomfortable. I tried the bow tie looking one, I tried the 150.00 ones that have traction, and every one you can imagine. None of them helped. I had a neck fusion about 6 months ago and just have not been able to sleep. Constantly woke up with headaches. Any amount of pressure on my neck would just give me a headache. My neck has been aligned since using this pillow!! No pressure at all! I also have a tendency to have shoulder pain. This has also helped that problem as well. The ear pocket I don't really use. But I'm truly amazed at how well this pillow works for me. I have been sleeping soundly for the past week since I bought it. I don't even get up anymore during the night, repositioning or feeling achy. If you are a larger person, I'm not sure how well it would work as I am 5' 3" and slender. All I can say is that I'm so happy to have found this gift of sleep!

Great side sleeper pillow
I have been having a lot of neck problems lately and have tried many types of pillows to try to solve it. I just hadn't gotten it right until I got this pillow. Most were too high and my arm would get crushed and I'd also wake up with arm pain. This pillow completely eliminated that. I actually slept through the night without waking up to readjust my head to stop the pain. The hole for the ear is fabulous and I had no additional pressure on my head due to it. I found that this pillow cradles my head very well and keeps me still.Helpful tip for a flattened pillow: When it arrives its vacuumed sealed and the pillow is a little limp and sad looking. I washed my pillow in the washing machine prior to using it and dried it in the dryer on high with wool dryer balls to fluff it up. I had no issues with it being flat after that. I think this really made the difference if you find that yours is flat upon receiving.

Love it
Needs to have better filling, goes flat after short time. Memory foam would be a great addition, over all still love it

Great for side sleepers tired of cheap pillows
I have never owned a special pillow like this before. I always bought two or more from target or kmart for under 5 dollars. I would end up replacing them every month or so due to damage ( I have two kids and a male cat) or because they lost their fluff and gave no support. I tend to sleep on my side but partly on my stomach. An odd position I know. I always end up waking due to shoulder or arm pain or because my ear folded in my sleep and the discomfort woke me. I bought this about two weeks ago and I love it. Much cheaper than others designed for side sleepers but I don't see how it could be better to buy them. It hasn't lost any of its support and I can sleep completely on my side which relieves the shoulder and arm pain. I also feel secure while using it. It almost hugs the back and gives something to wrap my free arm around. This is a good low cost choice for those looking to stop buying the cheap low quality pillows without breaking the bank. It is also comfy to rest on while laying on my back. It almost has built in arm rests.

Took a few days to get use to it
Started out comfy. The hole in middle has a rough material that's driving me crazy. Other than that seems to have helped my neck while I sleep. I'm having massage therapy as well. I'm a side sleeper. It's up higher than my pillow, took some getting use to. Just need to figure out the hole , material around that is terrible. There's also a small button inside the material. I might have to take it to a seamstress, see what they suggest.

Great for my specific needs
This is my 2nd purchase. Love it. My needs are for a softer pillow AND I use it backwards, that is I sleep on short end and hug the long end. The fill is a bit like fill I've seen sold to stuff pillows, rather like coarse cotton "balls", but in one piece. It can be pulled apart. Ask my dog. Hence the 2nd purchase. Is NOT foam or memory foam. Zippered cover. Deeply recessed button on one side. I owned the first pillow for 2 years. The cover zipper wore out so I slept on nice cover of pillow itself, feels like a soft bed sheet. And when after a few weeks I knew I had to break down and order a new one (for hygiene) I thought ...try wash it. Automatic on delicate, dryer on perm press. Fluff and sleep. Did beautifully, I was impressed. Then the dog!! Took some photos of nice new one. Note pillow is easy to compress, rather soft. The pix of insides of old one.

Caused puffiness in face, and still had ear pain.
My wife left her 2 side sleeping pillows, the ones with the little mini beads inside, at a hotel while traveling. So we bought these ones to replace them after reading the reviews. While many customers really like this firmer pillow, my wife sleeps on her side, and woke up during the night to find her face and hands were puffy and swollen. We think maybe the thickness and firmness was cutting off circulation in her neck area? When the pillows were removed, the puffiness would go away. The holes for the ears were barely large enough to fit her ear into, and once her head pressed down on the pillow, the area around the ear opening caved inward and was uncomfortable, causing her to try and reposition herself and the pillow several times throughout the night, and would still wake up with the cartilage in her ear painful. She loved the other pillows and never had any of these problems, so we are going to purchase what we know works for her.

Wonderful for short naps, not the whole night.
Well, I have to say, this was a brilliant invention for side sleepers, but it's just not quite right. For one thing, it is not symmetrical, so you can't roll over from one side to the other. If you are a little awake and wanting to roll over, you need to rouse yourself enough to flip the pillow, and then you can roll over, which puts you in danger of waking up too much. And if you never do that and sleep on one side all night, your ear will be in pain if it does not line up right with the ear hole, and my ear did not.So frustrating! Because lying down with this pillow is a wonderful experience! I think I will have to reserve it for afternoon naps only, because I really do love it but not for the whole night.

Cheaply Made
My old Side-sleeper Pro, which I've had for years, isn't made anymore so I bought this Memory Foam Easy Sleeper Pillow which cost $4 more than my old one. $33 is not a bad price except that after using it for about a week, the cheap fabric it's made of is splitting at the seams and letting out the tiny little pieces of the supposed "memory foam". It comes with one pillow case which is thin but not bad. However, the company does not sell pillow cases alone so that leaves me with none while it's being laundered. All in all, this pillow is a piece of garbage and I'll be going back to the old Side-sleeper Pro that I was trying to replace. It's in better shape than this new one.

EASY SLEEPER PILLOW
I purchased this pillow for my partner who suffers with sore ears when he lies on them. He said the gap for his ears were a perfect size and no pain when he slept.
