Amazing Rum!
Bought this for my husband and he absolutely loved it! Really great tasting Rum, would definitely recommend.

Flavoursome with a big kick!
Lovely stuff. Mostly salted caramel but pineapple very noticeable too. 65% ABV means it has a punch so drink responsibly! Too strong to drink straight so a little ice or mixer is recommended. I'm adding some of this to this years Rumtopf for flavour and strength and to prevent fermentation. I'm hoping it'll go nicely with the Demerara rum. Can't wait till Christmas to try it....

This is a beautiful drink
I got it once in a pub. Since then I fell in love. This drink is just beautiful. Not for alcoholics. Very small sips and ahh there are no words. When you exhale you feel the aroma. It is very strong though. My parner left it on the desk in the glass so it got air for 10 minutes. It was even better after. It has potential

More caramel than pineapple
Flavour is very dependant upon what you have drank beforehand, pineapple not very prevalent. Would describe as predominantly caramel and very sweet. Obviously strong at 130 proof, drinking neat packs a punch while still being smooth. Quite expensive for a small bottle, worth a try.

Not for the feint hearted!
After getting married in the Caribbean many moons ago I have always been a fan of rum. Like many I watched Dragons Den and this was on and I decided to purchase a bottle, my advice on price is to shop around as sometimes the Supermarkets have it on promotion, so you could save yourself some money. On that note I think the price point is expensive and I wouldn't rush out to buy more unless it was on offer. That said the flavour is nice, if you have a sweet tooth and the overproof rum, gives it a kick. We did dip some pineapple in a small measure and put it on the BBQ to try, tasted amazing, but an expensive treat. Also tastes good in cocktails and there are some recipes on the Rockstar website and on the web that you can try.
