Hard to shake for air.
Had to use 3 bags; too biodegradable.

convenient but compostable bags they sell will fall apart so you can't cary them to compost heap.Take the whole cadie. also, months have past & they haven't decomposed much in the outside composter. May do better in warmer warher.

Big and easy to clean
I had doubts about this compost bin but it surpassed my expectations totally! Even though it holds twice the refuse as my previous bin it’s footprint on my counter is about half the size. It’s plastic composition cleans very easily and does not hold over any smells. That is a deal breaker in anyone’s kitchen!!

great product!
was looking for a bigger container to put my kitchen compost items in and this fit the bill. i don't have to dump it as often because it holds a lot more with a lid that keeps the nats from flying around. i would recommend 100%.
