When I first held the phone,the smooth back surface fits well for me in my hands.The black smooth finish blends well with how it looks up close and far from a distance.I put a micro sd card on the phone so I can use more heavy media on it,predominantly for gaming as its demanding.The response feedback of the touch screen is precise as when I game,the cursor,virtual pad,or cross-hair is responsive to my commands.The resolution of the phone is less than 1080p both in gaming and media viewing due to the video card in the phone.Most of the games I play(even demanding games..) works the way it can handle on its own,but the graphics should not be pushed in gamesettings as it begins to bog down alot and in some cases,I even had to restart the phone so it can clear up.The camera quality is great since its 13megapixel and an 8 megapixel quality pictures.To make it even more crispy looking,make sure or try to change the camera settings to automatic instead of manual.It has a fingerprint scanner in the back but I dont use it oftenly,but it does read my finger well.The battery last me roughly about 3-6 hours(estimate) on a single continuous charge while the phone is not on "performance mode",if this is on than it would last me about 4 hours estimate.To open the phone in the back,there needs to be something pointy that helps you lift the back cover to access the battery and the double sim cards in the back.Everything that is considered basic in a smartphone,I have no problems with it like the bluetooth,gps,lte network,ect.I ended up using the phone case and screen cover that it brings to take care of my phone and for my budget,the smartphone has certainly fit my needs well.I use it in the t-mobile network with no problems of any kind.

couldn't even handle GPS on google maps... its like its on acid or something like that.. then it just went pop! and switched off.

After the battery died I was able to rest the phone. But had to wait about 24 hours to get the chance as the phone would not reset..Received the phone and it just went into testing mood for 5 hours until battery burnt out..actually needed this for an international trip in less than 48hours

Phone works and functions great and has dual sim card slots. Removing the back of phone to get to sim card slots can be a bit of a challenge and installing them also. But for price and reliability have no complaints and happy with purchase. The camera is no IPhone quality but is good enough.

this phone is horiable, it was a waste of money. I can't see the calls when they come in, I have to wait until the call end go back to the call log find out who called and call him back. It doesn't hold a charge or it takes a long time to charge just a total waste of my money do not recommend anyone to buy this phone. I would literally not even buy this phone for $5 are they trying to use me with a free plan I still would not want this phone.

For a phone of this price, its not that bad, the screen quality isnt exactly pristine, but thats not to be expected, speaker quality is sadly subpar, and sounds rather tinny. Battery life is good, lasts me throughout the day, and the phone case it comes with works well. My reception seemed to be a spit spotty, but it may have been the service I use and not the phone. At one time, the phone seemed to black out entirely for a while, wohldnt respond to anything, but eventually I was able to turn it on again. Overall, not bad for a temporary phone, or a cheap replacement.

I charged the phone until it was fully charged. Than I turned it off and did not touched for 5 days. When I turned it on again it was low on battery. After I tried to recharge it once again, but it is not charging at all. Besides that I ordered 128GB phone, instead of that I have got 16GB.
