Spigen Rugged Armor Designed for Moto G7 Case/Designed for Moto G7 Plus Case (2019) - Matte Black

Excelente cover, ajusta perfecto en mi moto g7, suave al tacto y no deja marca, color negro mi favorito.

It fits my vanilla g7 just fine, unlike some other commenters here. The right size, and holes are basically in the right places-- specifically the ones for the fingerprint reader, speakers, and mics are spot on and the one for the camera bump is offset just a little but is big enough that it works fine. I like the protective rim around the camera and the main screen, and ditto the molded on/off and volume buttons on the side that extend the ones on the phone itself. The case doesn't feel bulky, which I like, and I'll trust what people have said about how well it can protect the phone.The one thing I don't like is that I wish they'd figured out a way to give it some grippiness. If you're holding your phone you have to be conscious about grabbing it, keeping a grip on it all the time, or else it'll slip out of your hand. There's no angle or corner or side that gives you confidence enough to keep a light hold on it. Granted it has to be easy to slip into pockets and bags and all that, but even so. The case this one replaced was a real el cheapo, clear plastic, but it stuck to your hand so you didn't have to worry about having it slip out, and it still slid into pockets and all that. This one always gives me the feeling that the phone is about to fly out of my grip. Maybe that'll get better as it wears a little bit? I hope so, because otherwise I like it.

My wife and I use Spigen cases for all our phones (Moto E4, Moto X4, Pixel 3a) and now Moto G7. Spigen cases saved my phones numerous times when they were dropped in parking lot, department stores, school, and at home. The drops were usually from a waist high. And all my phones survived. No screen damage. So I trust Spigen brand. For this particular case:1. It is as always better quality than other slim cases that look similar. The sturdiness (or density) of the the case is apparent when compared to other slim cases.2. The corner is well protected with air cushion technology (now being imitated by cheaper cases). This is about the design of the inside the case, where between the corner of the phone and the case, there is an air bump that separates the phone and the case - thus when the corner of the phone hits the floor, there is no real impact on the phone - thus preventing it from shattering the screen.3. The cutouts are as usual, precise. All the ports are accessible. I know some of the reviewers said that the back camera and the fingerprint sensors do not exactly (perfectly) fit, this claim is somewhat true. I would say, it fits not 100% but about 95%. This is so, because the case is designed for BOTH G7 and G7 PLUS. And G7 PLUS is slightly thicker (8mm vs 8.27mm). So in G7 case, the overall feeling of the case is slightly relaxed and not as tight as other Spigen cases for Moto brand. But overall protection of the phone remains the same.In addition to the case, you might want to protect the display with a tempered-glass screen protector. This is just another layer of protection for your phone just in case it is dropped - tempered glass screen protector will shatter but the display screen will be spared. All in all, the Spigen case for Moto G7 is almost perfect and I am very satisfied with the quality. Recommended!

It's a good case, just not entirely durable.

I was really hoping this case would fit my phone since I liked the sleek design. I recently bought the Moto G7 Plus (model xt1965-t) off of amazon but have been unable to find a case that would fit it. After doing some research, it seems like this model may have been rebranded to the T-mobile Revvlry+ before being branded back to the Moto G7 Plus, which is why this camera has a different layout that doesn't fit cases being marketed for it.Besides it not fitting the camera, everything else fit perfect. It has a velvet feel that's nice to the touch and won't fall out of your hands too easily. I do wish it had dual layer protection with some hard shell features since this was for my father who can be very abusive with his phones. If it were me, then I would have loved this case as is.I returned the item and wanted to leave this review in case anyone else has the same model as me. I have looked online for too long to find a case that fits and meets my rugged built requirements so I'll have to resort to other methods. My plan is to take his current Moto G7 case and sand down near the camera opening to make way for the oval shaped camera.Thanks for listening and good luck finding the perfect case.

Good quality and happy with purchase

Robuste, passgenaue, sehr gut verarbeitete Hülle für mein Motorola G7.

Die Hülle ist super passgenau zum Motorola G7 Plus. Selbst kleinste Ausschnitte liegen auf den Teil eines Millimeters zentriert dort, wo sie sollen. An solchen Details merkt man, dass hier nicht einfach irgendetwas hingeschustert wurde, sondern mitgedacht.Die Bedienknöpfe (Lautstärke/Standby) tippen sich auch weiterhin mit angenehmen Druckpunkt, das Oberflächenfinish ist leicht rauh und rutscht dadurch nicht aus der Hand.Der Ausschnitt um den Fingerabdrucksensor ist schräger ausgeschnitten, so dass das Auflegen des Fingers nicht an einer scharfen Kante erfolgt und Platz genug für den Finger ist.Generell macht die Hülle das Handy schon etwas größer und satter in der Dicke, das kommt mir persönlich allerdings sogar entgegen un das Handy besser zu händeln.Die Wulst um die Kamera herum ist deutlich erhöht, was kleinere Sandkörner oder ähnliches absolut vom Kameraglas fernhalten sollte, sobald das Handy auf z.B. einem Tisch aufliegt oder darüber verschoben wird. Die Wulst am Rand des Displays ist ausreichend erhaben, ein guter Spagat aus Bedienbarkeit für die Finger und Schutz des Displays.Summa summarum: der Hersteller liefert hier ein sauber verarbeitetes, durchdachtes Produkt ab, das zudem robust erscheint und noch dazu einen absolut fairen Preis hat. Eine absolute Empfehlung, diese Hülle, wobei ich natürlich nur die Variante für das G7 Plus beurteilen kann.

E' da circa un mese che ho acquistato la cover e come prima impressione posso dire che è positiva.Fortunatamente non ho fatto cadere il telefono fin'ora ma la cover da una impressione di robustezza, il bordo rialzato lato display lo trovo utile anche per appoggiare il telefono senza pensieri in quanto so che il display non toccherà la superfice d'appoggio.Lo spessore aggiunto al telefono non è eccessivo e consente una eccellente presa con un ottima sensazione di "presa sicura" quando maneggio lo smartphone.Le aperture per usb e jack sono comode e non interferiscono minimamente quando inserisco l'una e l'altro.I copri tasti svolgono in modo egregio la loro funzione, sono facilmente individuabili al tatto e non influiscono sulla reattività nella pressione dei tasi di controllo volume e sblocco/blocco.Sul retro l'apertura per la fotocamera con il suo bordo rialzato pur aggiungendo un minimo spessore alla cover, protegge la fotocamera quando si appoggia su questo lato lo smartphone.L'apertura per il sensore di impronte è ampia e svasata consentendo un agevole raggiungimento del sensore per lo sblocco del telefono.

First let me say that you really need to make sure you are ordering the correct case for your model. There are 3 different cases under the same Moto G7 banner. G7/G7 plus, G7 power and G7 play.As the title states, the case I received for my G7 plus is a very precise fit in all regards. The button protections are nicely stress releaved making the pressing effort virtually indistinguishable from that without the case.The quality of the material is much better than other cases I've bought being slightly stiffer and with a much nicer texture. The accents are seamlessly incorporated and the I really like ridge protector for camera lens.Over-all the build and material quality is excellent. This is my first Spigen case. I think the true test of any product is if you'd buy it again. Yes, I would.
