So far the best one we have ever had (updated 8/19/2020)
This product is extremely easy to assemble. It doesn’t feel cheap wood at all. Pretty stable and solid all around. My 17 month old son got up and down first try no problems. I do recommend screwing the round bar on the rear part and leaving it there until your child is old enough to use the steps without it.We have purchased different models from other brands in the past with our older son if you get what I’m saying you will see that for one single child I purchased multiple one in the past. They were cheap, fragile and unsafe. This one feels different and it has last more than the first one I got for my oldest son when he was a toddler. Time will tell if this was worth the money. I will update this review at the 6 month and 12 months mark.******update******Buyers be aware!!!!! If your little is a little tornado you need to pay close attention to them when using this step. So far I have found what it could easily become a safety hazard or minimum a concern. If you look at the design it has this cut out sections on the side. This is my son’s favorite spot to climb and get on the counters and even the stovetop (thank God it was off and cold). That’s one of my concerns about this. The other one is that if you have a little thick bone child with some weight he could easily flip this to the side and get seriously hurt. Just keep a close eye with your baby when using this steps.

High quality, grows with your child - excellent value
We purchased this five years ago for our then-one-year-old, and we’ve used it daily ever since. The cost per use is probably next to nothing at this point - my husband and I were just discussing how it’s the best value item we ever purchased as far as kid stuff, and it reminded me that I should write a review.Over time, we’ve adjusted the step from the highest position to the lowest, and removed the safety bar. It’s taken her from one year old standing with me while I cook to now six years old and doing some of her own food preparation. If the dimensions work for your kitchen, buy this! It’s sturdy, easy to clean, and safe. Worth every penny and then some!

Highly Recommend!
Love this tower!! I put it together by myself in less than an hour. I am a 55 year old MeeMaw and pretty handy. The stand is sturdy! I bought this after I used my granddaughters old one as a stepstool and fell through!! It was a different brand. I weigh 140 pounds. Be sure to check the weight limit when purchasing these towers!! I could have been really hurt! But this stand is Fantastic!!! My 18 month old granddaughter gets up and down it with ease. She pushes it to the counter and helps me cook or to wash her hands. I would recommend using the provided screws to attach the outer rung. I didn't at first and it kept falling off. It's great attached because sometimes I move the stool with my granddaughter in it. Also, she can't fall off backwards. The last stand did not have that and sometimes a toddler falls back!! We have used this for several months now and I love it!!

Sturdy and easy to put together
I bought this Kidwerks tower instead of what seemed like the most popular of the category, the Learning Tower by Little Partners. I preferred the design and size of this tower, and it cost almost half of the other one. We've had it assembled and in use for a day now, so I figured I'd share my thoughts.Assembly only took about 15 minutes and was pretty easy. The instructions aren't very well designed, but it's a simple structure and was easy enough to figure out. You are basically just screwing the pieces of wood together with philips heads screws, no hex wrench involved. The wood seems of high quality, and it's relatively heavy once assembled. There were no defects with my unit, and everything was packaged well to avoid damage. My one piece of advice would be to not use a power drill during assembly because the screws can strip the wood fairly easily. The tower looks good, and it's the right size for my 2 year old. I like that the standing height adjusts, but the step itself doesn't adjust, meaning that when you place the standing base to the highest level for your little one, the step is likely going to be too far for them to reach.I don't have any other towers to compare this to, but one aspect I didn't like is that my 2 year old immediately figured out how to remove the rear railing, and there is no way to secure it without modification. I may try to tape or screw it to avoid it becoming a weapon against our 6 month old.Another concern of mine is that the cut-outs on the sides allow for rambunctious kids to climb up above the standing height, and could possibly tip the unit. While the tower seems to have plenty of side-to-side stability, a cantilevered child could push that to the limit.Lastly, a minor nitpick on the beechwood color - the screw covers included are quite a bit darker than the wood. I ended up leaving them off because I preferred the look of the screws and I was concerned about the choking hazard of the screw covers.

Solid little tower
It was incredibly easy to assemble. Pre-drilled holes. Love the color. Has some good weight to it. The only thing to complain about…Corners and edges- not fully painted or if it was I was given a used product.Pre drilled holes- so the holes needing to be pre drilled is a must for easy assembly. However, the screws never really tightened down for a snug and secure fit.Update- I had to put beefier wood screws in cause it was starting to fall apart.

My toddler loves it!
I’ve been wanting a stool for some time & after lots of researching, finally settled on this one. Super easy to assemble (did it in under 30 minutes, even with my toddler “helping”). We’ve only had it for a few days, but my son has already taken full advantage of it. I love that he’s no longer pushing kitchen chairs up to the counter, but now has an accessible (& safe) stool that’s adjusted to match his little height. I also love that his interest in cooking can continue to blossom by the convenience of this stool! I have a large kitchen, so it’s not an issue, but a point of consideration is that the footprint of the stool is a little bulky, which may overcrowd a smaller kitchen.

Great Purchase!
Easy to assemble on my own, and very sturdy for my one year old. Great having him in the kitchen with me, easy to wipe down/clean.

Great Quality Tower
Purchased this for my sons 2nd birthday and I am so happy with it. It was super easy to build, instructions were very clear and easy to read. It is made out of real wood too which I am very happy about it. It is very study and durable, definitely made to last. We have used this tower so much and made so many memories while using this. My son loves being able to feel included in stuff now that he can be at the same level as me and see whats going on. Couldnt reccomend this enough!

Beautifil, sturdy and well-made! 5-Star
I bought this tower, same colour as in the photo for my 2-year-old grandson. It's beautiful, sturdy and can easily support a child's weight. The platform level can easily be adjusted according to the child's height. The handles also allow it to be moved around to wherever you'd like. My grandson loves going up into his tower with no help from anyone. He can push it by himself very easily to the kitchen counter to see what I'm cooking for him. It's also great that he can be at my level, to allow him to get involved with any easy preparations. He loves being involved and this tower allows him to do that! He and I love this tower! 👍🏻

Grandson loves it
A very sturdy product that allows my 2 year grandson to help his mother in the kitchen - he loves it. Also put in front of the window so he can see the activity outside. He climbs up and down on his own. One of the best things to have.
