This direct vent fireplace vents all the heat outside. Even with a blower it doesn’t put any heat into the room. Total waste of money. Majestic will not talk to you on the phone, nor will they allow you to send them an email I am going to have to uninstall and buy a real fireplace.

I love the fact that even though this is a mainstream method of purchasing a home beautification product such as a gas fireplace; you still have that personal interaction with those who sell the product to ensure you have the right internal components for the fireplace!
