Dried out fast
We bought one of these for my wife's computer back in August of last year. All of a sudden, she noticed temps spiking up to 79+ degrees under even gentle load of the CPU. Tried to replace it with support but cannot get my hands on the receipt currently, so they wouldn't help.Decided to crack it open and - wow, yeah. This things coolant was missing, except for about 3 tablespoons, and a lot of crunchy looking stuff. I've had several Corsair water coolers in use for years now and never seen this before this NZXT Kraken M22.The system was sealed before I popped it open - there were no apparent leaks or trace of leaking in the wife's case, but yeah it more or less completely dried up.Not really happy with that performance so figured I'd drop a review. I'm probably going to dismantle and clean the thing completely and see if I can refill it with third party coolant to resurrect it as a science experiment now, since otherwise, it's a decent looking RGB cooler

This cooler died on my in 9 months
Here to save everyone the trouble and dealing with this cooler, DO NOT PURCHASE! I bought this cooler last year along with my other upgrades, 6 months in, the pump started making loud vibrating noises for a while, at first I thought it was my hard drive dying, turns out my pump was dying then sure enough 9 months of having it it just up and died, idk if it’s just this particular model, but this one has many problems from what I’ve seen online, definitely better off spending the extra money on one of nzxt’s bigger coolers that don’t have this problem or even a different brand

NZXT customer service needs improvement
I've been using the cooler for a few months, and it works OK with my i7-14700 Intel processor. However, the cooler arrived without the wire to power the LED on the cooler. I contacted NZXT a couple of months ago, and they told me they would send the wire once it was back in stock. It's been over two months, and I still haven't received it. In the future, I will go back to Corsair for my coolers.Update: Months later, I finally received the replacement cable. I'm happy to have received it, but I don't understand why it took so long.

Noise
Terrible product that will die out on you within a few months. NZXT knows about this issue from the amount of returns they have but yet continue to sell the product. All of them will defect, to have the same noise and eventually cooling failure.

Weak & Doesn't Last
Well, it's been dying and finally failed outright. It had been making noise on startup from the pump going dry, then it's just gradually lost any ability to cool. Lasted about 18 months. Check out YouTube reviews. They show that the system doesn't hold enough fluid. Overtime it evaporates and runs dry. The cooling is subpar, barely able to outdo the taller stock Ryzen cooler. Plenty of cheaper air coolers that outperform this. The NZXT Cam software is awful too.

DO NOT BUY IF YOU INTEND TO TOP MOUNT THE RADIATOR.
The media could not be loaded. The pump in this aio is in the radiator. After 1 year of use some of the coolent must have evaporated and now the pump is destroyed from pumping air at the high point. My temperatures are periodically skyrocketing at idle and there is a nasty ticking sound from the pump. I am terified of booting my machine, which I need for work. I now have to wait a week for a different aio with the pump situated at the cpu mount.
