Basic, & That's Good. Better Than Most Solutions.
People always use twist ties wrong. It's Righty-Tighty, Lefty-Loosey... Then those plastic clips they put on bread bags, It's almost like the bread makers WANT you to tear tiny holes in the bag. Buy some shredded cheese or other food item in a "resealable bag," you have about a 25% chance of separating the zipper from the bag instead of it spreading the zipper the way it's supposed to work. Then there's chips, The noisiest bags are the hardest to seal. People will wrestle with them for an unholy amount of time before just folding them over and resigning to the fact that they're going to get stale before they go to eat more of them. These clips fix all those issues, and more. I've been using them for years, and they're more durable and useful than they originally seem. You will lose them before you break them. Ever since I've been using them, I have had to find all new things to incessantly complain about.

Just Having One Makes You Want More !
I actually bought these August of 2014, I just jumped on Amazon to make sure they were still available to recommend to a friend. I used to buy the Twixit clips but these are so much more affordable, look almost identical and work perfectly. The assortment of sizes in a package of Bevara is 30 and less than $7. I think the Twixit clips are sold on Amazon for 20 clips for over $8.00. Twixit clips on Pampered Chef there is only 10 clips for $6.50. Bevara Clips are very affordable !!Yes I use them for chips, open boxes of cereal, open boxes of crackers, open large bags of frozen veggies, open loaves of bread and or rolls. open bags of cookies, my bag of frozen chicken nuggets, hamburger patties, french fries, tater tots (I can comfortably buy large quantities now knowing I can keep them fresh). I could go on with uses but I'm sure you get the idea. Anything that needs to be sealed and kept fresh there is a perfect size in this assortment of Bevara Sealing clip. Just fold the top of the bag into a V fold over and clip, it is that quick and easy. I haven't had one break in over a year. I have sent some home with friends who then bought their own, just having one makes you want more!Finding the Bevara Sealing clips less expensive than Twixit on Amazon or Pampered Chefs allows me to buy more things to clip and keep fresh. :)June 2016 update: These still continue to be a favorite not only of mine but of anyone that sees or uses them when in my home. I can't tell you how many sets I've given away. Still love them after all these years of use.

Great bag sealer clips - hold firmly.
Ever have a standard spring clip on a bag, and it keeps falling off? Get some of these clips! They attach securely and don't fall off. Even on bags in the freezer that get moved around as you search for something. Caveat: If the material you are trying to clip onto is too heavy/thick, these won't snap shut. (I've found it nearly always works if you fold the bag into an accommodating wedge where the clip will close, rather than just bunching it up) 2 sizes - 20 clips - perfect!! They are a somewhat softer plastic, not hard and brittle, so have a bit of "give" So far, the clips seem sturdy.

Very pleased with the quality and quantity!
I'm so happy I found this set of sealing clips. I like that they come in different sizes. They are made of quality plastic, and I haven't had any problems with them. They stay snapped closed, even when I feel like it's closing over a thick spot. This can lead to bowing overtime if the spot is too thick, but for the price, it's not a big deal to me. None have broken. I would prefer to find these in more neutral colors like, shades of gray, black, white, and even brown. These are not bad colors tho, and these actually go with the quality, big bag clips that I found here on Amazon, as well. (Pictured).I'm actually excited to have these, because they're helping our food last longer, and I'm not as worried about the kids not twisting bags good enough, or not twisting the twist ties tight enough, or for not closing the bags at all, causing the contents to go bad, or fall all over the place when stored or picked up wrong. These take the guess work out. You just grab the bag, and snap these over plastic from end to end, and you're good to go. I sometimes twist the bags if they're really thin, have previously been twisted, or are an awkward fit, but I try to just flatten the bags if possible to get a better, more sealed product. I would recommend having these in reach.(You can see the longer ones on one side of the pack, and the smaller ones, which are exactly half the size on the other side of the pack in my pictures). I hope this helps.

Handy
Ever since I found these type clips years ago I've never bought any other style clip. They are super easy to use, seal well, and hold up in the freezer too. The only fault I find is that they could be made out of a tougher plastic since repeated and prolonged use can bend the longer clips out of shape.

Click and ship and save the grief of an Ikea Search
These things work quite well. I wanted some more of them and went to the local Ikea store and spent two hours looking for them Ikea wants you to spend the whole day there on a shopping trip. Well bunkie, these things cost about $5 and if they are the single item you are looking for the Ikea model is shopping torture. I looked for two hours--and couldn't find them. in fact I wasn't even certain I'd be able to find my way out of the store and back to my car.I came home, opened up Amazon, and two minutes later my order was on the way--and two days later the clips were on my front porch. Yes I like the clips. They are functional but since they're small you'll lose a few from time to time. But I will never look for them in Ikea again.

Best bag clips on earth
I’ve had three from a yard sale I found randomly maybe ten years ago and when I finally decided to find more like this and stop looking in stores and only finding the ones u can clip on top of bags I was so excited they sold these in such a large pack and for so cheap! Really the best clips. Keeps everything sealed even in freezer.
