These are delicious! I’m on the Keto diet, and American recipes have called for crushed bacon rinds to use as a coating for fried chicken (example). British pork scratchings were too tough and crispy; thought I was going to crack a molar when I tried to grind them down, also not ‘dry’ enough, so the resulting grind made a bit of a clumpy mess. These US pork cracklings are indeed fluffier, but still have an amazing crunch, and are an altogether better product. Highly recommend. Lovely to snack on too! Had to laugh when a massive box turned up at the door with this rather large tub of crackling.... will last a while (or maybe not !!)

Great for quelling keto carb cravings!
This is a great product. I have been on the keto diet for a few months and these light and crispy pork rinds really quell the potato crisp/chip cravings. They're not hard like pork scratchings, they're light and realy tasty. Great for anyone with sensitive teeth unlike standard scratchings as they're easy to bite through. A similar texture to quavers with the flavour you expect of a good pork rind and they stay fresh for a long time. 100% recommended. I'm on my 4th tub, many more to come. The tubs come in handy around the house and garden too. I have also tried the bbq flavour, its tasty, but salted is my favourite. Great product.

This is nothing like pork scratchings
Very disappointed with this product. Thought I was buying Pork Scratchings. Opened tub to find tasteless puffed up and not really crackling at all. Would definitely not recommend

Awful!!!!!!!!
These are awful. The photos show a lovely seasoned looking crackling and my photo show what I got. No flavour no seasoning at all. They aren’t even very crisp. Instead they taste like what I. Would imagine wet cardboard tastes like...Never again. That is a a waste of money.

Pricy
It's ok, has loads of fatty soft bits under the rind which I don't like (if you like this the. You'll love it). My main problem, is the price. It's expensive for what you get in the bucket. I felt like I was paying as much for the bucket as the stuff inside. There are far better alternatives on Amazon which will give at least the same quality of not better and a lot more pig for your pound

Absolutely moreish
Kind of regret finding these. They are so good I had to ask my wife to hide them. They are so tasty as a snack, not like some pork scratching products that break your teeth. We have also used them as a coating for chicken etc by crushing them down to panko breadcrumb size. Omg awesome flavour.... I fear this will be a regular purchase....

Very expensive.
Having read the reviews, I assumed the heavy price was worth paying. Came in an airtight container which is great but the product is distinctly average. Doesn't break your teeth like some but perhaps the lack of flavour was the absence of seasoning. With cheaper similar, products out there, i'll not buy these again.

Plastic - not so fantastic
Once you can get passed the plastic tub taste (from the tub they are stored in) they're actually not that bad. They're light airy, and have a really good crunch, without the hard bits some have so your teeth should survive ok.Not the best I've eaten, not the worst. Doubtful I'll purchase again.
