Britax Highpoint Belt-Positioning Booster Seat, Cool Flow Teal [Discontinued]

My husband and I absolutely love this seat! Our daughter is autistic and 6yrs old. She does not sit still or stay put in a traditional booster and I'm always worried the strap isnt positioned right. When we moved her back to her 5 point harness seat it was apparent she is getting too big for it and no longer likes the harness.As soon as we hooked this up she was so excited! The top cushions each side of her head and adjusts as they grow. When she falls asleep her head and body isnt a crazy unsafe position flopping to one side, instead it stays back against the seat and she stays positioned upright.We love how the buckle straps across the lap and there is a holder to position it just right.She loves that it is purple and overall we recommend getting it. I havent seen anything like this for her age and it's exactly what we were looking for.She is safe and stays content and we are happy parents not having to worrtly so much about her safety.

We had a Safety 1st high back booster for my son. He is 5 and is very tall. It was manufactured in 2012 so it also expired this year. So on the hunt for a new car seat. The choices are kind of scarce when it comes to high back boosters without internal 5 point harness option. I didn't care for the Graco because of the ability to take it apart. This is actually a huge hassle and I don't trust it. I didn't care for the Evenflo's cupholders. This is an important feature when they are five. Looking into the Britax it expands up to 63" tall and was a wider seat. It also goes up to 120 pounds. The higher weight and height will be helpful since starting in Aug. children will be required to ride in a booster till they are 9 here in La. My son finds the seat easy to buckle into and likes how comfy it is. The material also keeps him cool. It is also nice that the latch system tether is on the side instead of the front. The seat also comes with an alignment system for my son's lap. While I thought this was kind of over the top at first, once I saw him using it I was really happy they have developed this. It keeps the seatbelt in one place and he seems to be unable to move around as much in his seat. Keeping him properly restrained even when he wiggles. I highly recommend this seat.

I love this booster. We previously bought a Graco for my husbands are and the Britax is by far much nicer. It feels studier, the padding is thicker and the area around the neck and head is much thicker and sturdier. Also, the are that holds the seat belt keeps the seat belt attached where as the with the Graco the seat belt would sometime come unthreaded during rides and almost every time we unbuckled the seat belt. Finally, I really like the extra little piece that the lap belt threads through, although, as some reviewers have stated my 5 year can't attach that part himself, I have to do it for him. However, I think its work the 10 seconds of extra work for the added safety benefit. It really helps him from sliding down too low in his seat and it keep the lap part the seat belt from creeping up too high around the abdomen hopefully sparing any damage in the spleen in an accident.

We found Britax with the first kid 25 years ago. Every time I buy a seat I debate buying one less expensive and read all the reviews. Ultimately we get another Britax. These are the safest seats out there and it's worth the peace of mind. With this seat, my daughter does not like the extra time to take the center catch between the legs off for school drop off. I found out it's safe to use without that. We only bother with it on long trips for extra peace of mind. The seat is comfortable and holds her upright even when she dozes off. The cover seems to breathe so she doesn't get seat sweaty. This is a great seat and she loves it!

This is a great booster seat. They were fairly easy to install but hard to tighten the straps that connect to the seat anchors. We drove cross country and my kids didn’t complain about being uncomfortable in the seats like they did with their previous Britax booster seats.

Lovely, best purchase for sure! It’s easy to install, very nice fabric (easy to keep clean) and it is indeed comfortable as my kid for the first time since his baby seat wants to put on the safety belt, usually it was difficult as he was uncomfortable with it, but with this britax he is perfectly fine, already proved with a long trip and a four hour long drive and not even one “take off the belt”! Btw my son if four ;)

I bought this seat specifically because it has the lap belt position crotch strap. I haven’t seen any makers other than Britax do this. It makes me feel better when I send my child with grandparents who are not familiar with car seat safety that it increases her chances of being in the seat properly. The crotch strap is adjustable so it can be tightened or loosened to fit your child as they grow. The headrest is also adjustable which means it’s easy to get the shoulder belt properly fitted on the shoulder, not cutting into the neck like some boosters. Unlike the parkway, this seat has 3 levels of side impact protection so it’s a step up in safety. My daughter also stays in the proper position even when asleep.

I love this seat! It's very comfortable for my child, and super easy to take in and out of the car as needed. Installs quickly and easily. The head rest is easy adjustable as they grow, too. It's also a night material that is easy to keep clean. Removing the cup holders for cleaning is also very simple.

tenemos una niña de 20kgs y uno de 13kgs, no siempre es posible que se sienten donde les corresponde, esta silla me permite ajustar rápidamente las dimensiones para estar usándola cualquiera de los dos. ademas, hemos usado chico peg-perego y esta es la primera donde incluso dormidos quedan derechos en su posición.
