So far technology and built beauty seems to be a good
So far it is working fantastic but I might change my review if I don’t get service well. It’s very good looking. All neighbours are praising about it. Got installed in a day.

Please don't buy this product
The product came defective with the 2nd fan speed not working and when the installer came he said I'll fix it and it only lasted for a month then again the 2nd fan speed doesn't work and now the chimney isn't working for a week. Please don't buy this product... The product is not worthy for 17k + installation charges...

Product is not quite good
I purchased in the year 2019. Now from the last six months it is giving problems as PCB is not functioning and after complaining, the representative of Faber is not cooperative saying that PCB is not available . Repeatedly calling to him but in vain. When u mk complain, it takes long time, it may be a month to provide spare part. We have to wait for spare. Now No option. Now motor is faulty and nothing is done by faber. Poor service. Faber is not recommendable. Must avoided.

BAD SERVICE
Please dont go for faber chimneys .such a thrash company they are.My cooling fan stopped working after few months of purchasing and when i calles then for servicing they came after a week to fix it.But the technician whoa came to fix said me that a part needa to be replaced.Its been almost a month now my fan hasn't been fixed yet. Evert time i call them they say it will take like more 7 days

Duct or duct less chimni recommendation.
Product was good.My suggestion is go for duct pipe for better results. It would help you to avoid smale and pure air in kitchen. Not recommended for duct less.Ductless functionality not at all use full.

Inside drum is with big scratches which looks like used one
Good one but the product is with scratches looking like used one which is something makes unhappy
