Missing cap to container.
Nothing wrong with the product. However it was delivered without a cap, resulting in some of the product escaping into the packaging.

The media could not be loaded. I ordered a series of care, the cream came without a lid, the shampoo bottle was damaged,bad impression of the service

It is a great product but don’t apply too thickly!
Don’t put too much on your hair at once or it will go blue...... I have got two idea now and smooth in a very small amount. Has calmed down the brassiness of my hair during lockdown.
