SEALIGHT 9005/HB3 LED Bulbs X3 Series CSP Chips 10000LM 6500K Cool White with Fan

If you're looking to ditch those yellowish lights for bright, white light, this will do the trick. Each light comes with a control module and plug adapter. You'll need to make sure that your application has enough room behind the headlamp housing to fit the module. Many newer vehicles have a large rubber boot on the back of the headlamp housing, so the module must fit between the back of the reflector and the headlamp housing.This provides a very bright, white light that complements LED or HID main lighting (I'm using these for brights). The only issue I have is that when mounted in the headlamp assembly, they rock back and forth ever so slightly when pushed from the back. The OEM bulbs fit nice and tight with no wiggle; these don't fit as tight into the socket.As long as you have easy access to the back of your headlamp assemblies, these are very easy to install. If space is limited (like on my 2016 Yukon XL), it's a challenge getting the right angle to feed in the control module and twist the light into place.Pros:- bright, white light- plug-and-playCons:- loose fitting into headlamp socket

The media could not be loaded.  As you can see in the attached video, these are not my first SeaLight LEDs. They are great LEDs and while I was happy with the originals, brighter is always better. I already had the newer and brighter low-beams, but now added the 10,000LM high beams to match. 10,000LM is a lot of light!Besides being very high quality, and having excellent packaging, the SeaLight LEDs bulbs come with the DOT stamp of approval. That gets you the "DOT" and "SEALIGHT" labeling on the base of the bulb as shown in the video. This is a requirement in Virginia to pass our annual state inspection. I'm sure there are similar rules in other states. It was great during my last inspection when the inspector called me into the garage to explain why he was going to fail me when he realized the error in his ways. As he was shinning a flashlight down on the bulb to explain the DOT requirement to me, he spotted the "DOT" before I could even tell him he was wrong. Success!

These LED headlights are a major upgrade over the stock/store bought/OEM ones I had in my car. My only knock on these (which I knew going in was a possibility) is that I still need to get a resistor to trick my car when it's running DRLs. No biggie, I just turn the low beams on and no more error message! I have the 9005s and the H11s in my car. Trying to convince my girlfriend to install these in her car now too. Her lights always seemed bright to me but now they are so yellow! If longevity becomes an issue I'll come back and adjust my stars.

if your car is old like mine, everything is probably dirty. do yourself a favor and buy some bulb grease, or maybe even just Vaseline, and rub some on the rubber O-ring of your new bulbs. also, with a wet cloth, clean the area around where the bulbs go, it will make install much easier. these bulbs are super bright and i couldn’t ask for more! longevity of these LEDs is always a gamble however, 2 months in, so far so good!

Added this to our CRZ it popped the DRL but we run the headlights all the time anyway, the light is so much better than halogen bulbs! I have them in all four lights now for incredible light! I only wished they made the lights for my Jeep TJ too!

Junk lights. Do not buy. I have installed hundreds of headlights and these fell apart while twisting into the housing. Were supposed to be a direct replacement from factory. If one broke, I would understand, but to have both break the same way, it’s just cheap construction.

Perfect lights and so bright everything looks clear at night time loved it and very easy to install (5 min installation)

So bright and not too blue or yellow. Just crisp clean white. I’ll be buying these for every car I purchase from here on out.
