Q: Does anyone else have problems with the rolls sealing since the opposite end isn't sealed? Some of the rolls have partially wasted.

Look! If your sealer is the basic type that doesn't have the button on top that says seal and you just flip up the top and place your bag into the sealer, then to seal the first end, you only put the bag in far enough to cover the heat strip. Do not put it in as far as the vacuum chamber, which is the part inside the foam rubber seal. Close it and seal that end of the bag. Then, after you put in the food and you're ready to vacuum and seal the other end, you make sure you put that end in past the foam rubber seal to be in the vacuum chamber and close it and it should now vacuum and seal the bag. I hope this has helped some people.

Q: Does FoodSaver know you pull the bait-and-switch?

IT IS!!! These are NOT FoodSaver . Not as described, generic unpackaged rolls of "who knows what". I also ordered the 8" rolls and of course they are also generic. The seller sent a return label for the 8" and I returned those right away but have not gotten a refund. The seller told me the 11" were not eligible for refund. And they made it very difficult to get a full refund. I had to go to Amazon customer service and jump the hoops of waiting for answers from the seller and the seller making up excuses and sob stories and offering 30 or 40% refund instead of full as promised. Finally Amazon refunded. I am still waiting for the refund on the 11"

Q: How many bags do you get in each roll? I cant find it in the description, I wish they would just tell you at the top

The number of bags per roll is determined by the length you cut the bag to. Each 11" roll is 16 feet long.

Q: What is the thickness of the wrap in 2020. I noticed the mil has lowered over the years.
