Description not specific enough
Very nice quality product. Categories are Date, Badge Number, Name, Company and Address, Department or Person Visited, Purpose of Visit, Time In and Time Out. Description on other website (Amazon did not list columns in this book) led me to believe there would be a column for Nationality (an ITAR requirement) - no such luck. We cannot use this book. Unfortunate.
