If your exhaust size (the pipe diameter) matches up, then it should be fine, especially if installed where the factory cat goes. If for some reason you have a turbo installed though, I would not use this cat.

It's a 3 inch in and out cat that is not vehicle specific, I used it on a old Honda civic I put a turbo on
