First Act MO285 Disney Minnie Mouse Mini Guitar Ukulele

What a cute instrument! Although it's labeled as a guitar, it is really a ukulele. Geared tuners allow it to be accurately tuned as a soprano ukulele. The tuning pegs are pink bows that complement the overall design. My three year old grand-daughter is delighted with this beauty. You can actually play music on it after tuning. It's not going to ring out like a wooden instrument, but it sounds as you would expect of a plastic uke. Absolutely recommend!

Got it for my little sister. It goes out of tune rather quickly, and sounds pretty cheap, but it's not like she cares as a 2 year old! I messed around with it and it inspired me to get one for myself, but not this one of course. I definitely recommend picking up a ukulele for yourself as it's an easy and chill instrument, coming from 4 years of guitar (which I also love and recommend but is definitely harder). Back on topic, I'd say this is just for little kids, like 9 or 10 and under. Once they get past that, they deserve better, even to start with. If they love it and stick with it at a younger age, do them a favor and get a better one.

This is hands down my daughters favorite toy. I don't know anything about music, so who knows if it is "tuned" properly - but neither does she. It's perfect for a younger kid to just jam and pretend. She has basically put on little concerts for us nightly for 4 or 5 months and it's still holding up perfectly.

I chose this rating, because the title is misleading. A guitar, even a mini one, has 6 strings, this is a ukulele, they should post it as that. Though the child I got it for will like it, it is very much misleading, yes, there is a picture, I don't always look at the photo, I read the words...So, please for others that are word first, pictures last type of people, please post the actual type of item it is. Thank you.

My three year old Great Grandbaby was turning three and her theme for her party was Minnie Mouse so when I saw this I knew she would love it. Her parents however were not quite as happy! lol She seranades them nightly! I told my granddaughter she will thank me some day when Kendall wins American Idol! lol

This was a Christmas gift for my 2 year old. She loved it and still plays with it a year later. It is very well taken care of and always put away and it has held up great! One of the strings did come loose but we were able to tighten it back up easily.

Really disappointed... My daughter just opened this up for Christmas and it is 1) not the same as the one advertised (we ordered the Minnie Mouse one) and the design is totally different on the front from the one pictured which is frustrating and 2) really cheaply made. Like really cheap. For paying $30 for this thing, I didn't expect a high quality instrument, but I definitely expected something that didn't look and sound like it came from the dollar store. I will be trying to return it.

I bought this guitar/ukele in two models, Minnie and Barbie for my 5 and 3 year old. They love it. My husband tuned its plastic strings when we got it. I was worried that they'd snap, but he said they'd be fine and they were. They seem pretty durable. We've had them for nearly a month. We are happy with them and were a good price ($15/16).
