Hampton and Rhodes Aruba 14" Innerspring Gel Memory Foam & Pocketed Coil Pillowtop Mattress Queen

This is NOT extra plush per the amazon description! It is very firm. I knew I should not have ordered this mattress without any reviews, but there were good ones for the king sized so I figured it would be the same. Well, I was wrong! I was expecting a plush soft mattress and instead got this rock. I will admit the mattress does look like good quality and it's nice and thick. If you want your mattress firm, this one is for you. However, it is NOT soft in anyway. Now I have the backaches to prove it.

Warranty Warning!! Bought Hampton and Rhodes mattress at the end of 2017. We’ve had it less than 3 years, and the mattress started to get huge dips on both the left and right sides about 2 years in. My husband and I both are slender people, weighing 130 and 150 lbs. It is so uncomfortable that both my husband and I wake up in severe pain. It is supposed to have a 10 year warranty. To file a warranty claim, you must either pay someone $79 (non refundable) to come look at it, or print out a specific ruler and bust the whole thing down to take pics (mattress, box spring, frame, law tags, etc.) to file online, and Online is the only way it can be done. There’s no human to talk to about it. After breaking my back to get them their pictures, they denied my warranty, saying that the dips are just normal wear and tear. When laying on the mattress, your body literally bows almost in half! Stomach and/or side sleepers beware! You will wake up bent in half! If you want a good mattress, Hampton and Rhodes is NOT a good option. Very few springs and no side support means it will break down quickly, and you will be left broke, broken, and with a warranty that’s not worth the paper it’s printed on.
