Came nicely packaged. No weird odor. Handy diagram to show you some beginner stretches. Ive used every item and they all work very effectively! I would highly recommend.Back story, I got this because I hurt my knee on a float trip. Like, fully gave out and I collapsed 2 different times. It was very uncomfortable to say the least. I did see a Dr for this and decide to do some physical therapy. Hence, I bought this. And have been stretching, icing and taking it slow. Major improvement for my situation!

Got these for a trip driving up into the mountains. I have fibromyalgia and arthritis, which have gotten worse during the pandemic, so I needed to bring pain management stuff. Definitely came in handy. The roller bar is perfect for my elbows and the spiky ball is AMAZING on my cranky feet. The other balls are great too and the foam roller does it’s job well. I was even able to fit some compression gear and a couple other small things in the bag. Very pleased!I didn’t bother with the elastic bands since I have better ones though.

The products are generally good and it’s a good bang for your buck. The bag is made of thin cheap material but is holding up ok for now. The roller is much fatter and shorter than other rollers and therefore doesn’t give me as good of a rollout/stretch. Some of the pain relief balls are a little squishy but they do a good job at targeting problem areas.

As someone who works out 5 days a week, this set is a must for sore muscles, joints, and bones. I got it initially for the foam roller but I have used every item in the set for a different reason! I just started using the bands to help strengthen my hip flexors and reduce pain. Worth the cost!!

My ex got these for me at our last Christmas together. I thought it was a great set for the couple of months I got to use them before I couldn’t use them anymore.

Ever since learning about rolling out hard worked muscles, I had to get some of these tools. The larger black roller, I try to use for my hips but it is so lightweight and smooth that it slips and slides a lot on the floor; I think there are better options out there for this. The ball and foot rollers are good quality-- nice anti-slip material and firm. The rolling pin is the best in the set-- the grips on the handlebars are good quality, and the rest of the bar rolls around the pin while you hold on to the handlebars and work it along your muscles-- it feels so good to roll out my calf/shin/thigh muscles! My parents are using the resistance bands, which are 3 different strengths. They work as they should and don't slide. I will, of course, report back if there are any other things of significance that come up.

I just got it so I don't yet know about the durability as it's asking in the review. The roller seems firm & sturdy. Both therapy balls have a slip resistant foam. I wanted a set that could reach a variety of needs for muscle relief. It is doing just that. I wish the foam roller was the next size up but I am able to sit on it to relieve tension in the glutes. Although the next size up, the price goes up. So overall for the value of it, the quality & effectiveness is a very good set.

Really liked the bundle. It has everything I need to use before and after my workouts. The only thing that I was surprised about how small the foam roller is. I’m 6’2” and pretty big and the roller barely does anything for my upper back. It’s good for lower back though! Being that it’s not wide enough, I’m limited to rolling one let at a time. Other than that, it’s outstanding quality and quantity for the price!!! Giving 5 Stars for the value
