No success
I bought the product to extend WiFi range to a treadmill. I wasn’t successful because the product it very sensitive to how far from the router it is. Indicators changed from Too Near to Too Far by moving just 2 feet.Perhaps the device was faulty but I rang out of patience and returned it.

Great WiFi extender while it's quite a chunky bit of kit.
As a wifi signal extender it boosts the signal strength from the router perfectly. I've had it a few weeks and have only just had to reset it once (power off and on) when my phone wouldn't reconnect to it for some reason. As you can see from the image I've included it is quite a chunky bit of kit but where we have it, it can't be seen. Not sure you'd want to have it in your eye line though. Overall a good piece of kit.

Faster than cheaper models
I bought the bt 2600 dual-band 11ac wi-fi range extender to replace a TP Link model.I have just had BT fibre to the property installed with speeds upto 500MbpsI have a desktop PC without Wi-Fi so bought a Wi-Fi extender with an ethernet socket I could plug into. The TP Link extender I had was listed as 5GHz:Up to 433Mbps & 2.4GHz:Up to 300Mpbs but I only got 100MbpsThe BT Wi-Fi Extender AC2600 was listed as 5GHz:Up to 1733.3Mbps & 2.4GHz:Up to 800Mbps and I'm getting over 400Mbps.It may cost a bit more than most but its definitely a case of you get what you pay for.Weather you need you Wi-Fi extended or an ethernet socket closer to a device thats not Wi-Fi this should do the job.

Manual change on iPhone from hub to extender
This Wi-fi extender 2600 works exactly as it says on the box. However, something I didn’t know until after the purchase is that I have to manually switch my iPhone from extender to hub dependant where I am in the house. It is still seems to be a very good piece of equipment

Probably best avoided.
I bought one of these from Argos and I’ll have to take it back because after the 10 minutes it took to set up, I enjoyed WiFi connectivity for another 10 minutes before the unit EXPLODED. I’m giving the WiFi signal the benefit of the doubt and a score of 3, but like I say—I only had used of it for about 10 minutes.I’m just glad I was home in case the thing caught fire...
