Posture-d Calcium Supplement with Vitamin D600mg-60ea

This is a great product for people needing a calcium supplement. It is very easy on the stomach and does not cause bloating or abdominal gas as some other products can do.

What I like about this product is that the form of calcium (tricalcium-phosphate) is easily absorbed and is in concentrated form. Each caplet has 600mg of calcium, 500 IU of vitamin D, 280mg of phosphorous, and 50mg of magnesium. The problem with most calcium supps is that they are little more than "chalk" (calcium carbonate), require one to take several daily to get the RDA, and are too large for me to swallow comfortably. Posture-D has none of those drawbacks.

The pill is large and not so easy to swallow at times but I always had a vitamin D deficiency when blood work was done until I started taking these regularly

Since my doctor advise me to take calcium I been trying different brands and all make me had digestive issues, my mom recommended to me Posture D she said that her doctor reccomended to her and she is been using this brand for a wile and have a great experience now I can tell the samething this is the first calcium supplement that does not cause me any issues and have vitamin D and magnesium

Beware. This is not the item showed in the product description, i received a generic bottle of calcium that contained no magnesium as the real posture D containsTotally different packagingI

I recently fell partway down my stairs and broke a toe and banged up my foot/leg pretty good. My Foot Doctor recommended that I start taking Posture D. He said it is THE BEST. The local stores don't carry it and only Kroger pharmacy would order it for me. I found it on Amazon for cheaper.Having taken calcium in the past, I was very pleased not to have the stomach discomfort you usually get. I highly recommend this product.
