Bought this expensive mobile printer for our delivery sales. Bought it as a back up for when our older Zebra printer model would be down. The old printer finally broke down so this new one has been used for 1 month until the charging port stopworking. Extremely unsatisfied with this "brand new" printer that now is useless. I am now told I have to contact Zebra directly to see if the warranty will cover/replace product.

The product is very good, but I don't know what kind of paper should I buy? measures? please I need help, I can't use my printer
