VERY disappointed!
I bought this March 2021, and it died in August 2022. I forgot that I purchased the warranty. Thank God I happen to find it. I am currently working with them for a reimbursement, so far so good. Not sure if I would buy this again.

Arrived damaged in FIVE places
Arrived damaged in 5 places!!! That said, this is a replacement for the exact same cooling we've had for 7 years. It works great. I didn't return it because it's installed under a counter and in cabinets so only the door damage shows. I swapped the door for my old one VS dealing with a return. I would NEVER buy an item like this online again. Great wine cooler (for the price) but shipping is a joke.

It didn’t last
There is a reason more than half of the reviews are a 1 or 2 star rating. I bought in ‘22. One year later condenser went out and I paid a lot of $ to get it fixed. Less than 6 months after that it won’t hold coolant. It’s dead. My current temperature reading is 91 degrees. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Purchased in 2018 died in 2021 junk do not purchase.
Wine cooler, junk do not buy.Warranty tech said compressor used in these units are junk. Even if I accepted the replacement compressor he really didn't want to install it. 😒
