I love these! I take one every morning and they help level me out. Taking a DIMS supplement was recommended by my doctor because I did not want to do hormone replacement. I take testosterone. I have high estradiol. My doctor suggested taking a DIM supplement. He sells another brand, but I decided I wanted to go with a brand I trust. And this has some other ingredients besides DIM. I haven’t taking blood work yet to verify effectiveness, but I expect it is good.I added 5mg boron from Pure Therapro Rx available here on Amazon. Boron is supposed to also help with balancing hormones, and has many other benefits as well. Hopefully with the two products combined I should have good hormone balance.
