I was looking for something similar to Harry & David’s Lemon wafer rolls so I thought I’d give these a try. Unfortunately I can’t find H&D lemon wafer rolls except by chance here and there and one lonely, overpriced dented can that’s been on a bidding site for way too long. While I do think the Pirouline brand lemon wafer rolls taste good, these are not as good as H&D. But I still give 5 stars because my preference is no fault of theirs. I was pleasantly surprised that there were hardly very many broken rolls (so far out of 3 canisters). I’d expected more to be in pieces so this allowed me to give a few away as gifts in a basket of goodies. They come sealed inside a bag but it doesn’t re-close. I’d use a piece of tape or clip to keep it closed for prolonged freshness. They were shipped well packaged inside the manufacturers box inside another cardboard box w extra packaging material for padding. So if you’re looking for a good deal on a multi pack of 6 cans of Pirouline Lemon wafer rolls, I’d suggest this seller. The transaction and product were great and I had no issues. The wafer rolls were fresh and very crispy and crunchy but yet still light, and go great with tea or coffee. Everything was perfect but they’re just not the same as H&D which I prefer. Again, not the fault of the seller if I don’t prefer the taste. It’s not due to anything like freshness or quality. Just personal preference. But if you’re looking for Pirouline lemon wafer rolls, I’d definitely recommend this seller to ensure you get good product and service. If you’re not sure if you’ll like them, perhaps buy a single canister first.

I disliked that most of them were broken in half or even more pieces even tho they are in foil envelopes inside the can. Very few that are not broken. Should be protected inside the can to prevent breakage. Still taste as great as ever...just broken.

ALL of the cookies in this order (6 tins) were broken. This package must have been dropped multiple times before it was even shipped out. They still taste alright, but by being broken they are not suitable for use in the cake I wanted to make with them. All of the bags of cookies had a good inch or so of crumbs at the bottom, which indicates that these cookies were not handled with care and were dropped multiple times. I am very disappointed with this purchase and will not buy from this vendor again. Also 2 of the 6 tins had different wrapping around the cookies and the tins were dented. The tins were all identical, but 2 of the 6 came with clear bags of cookies inside the tins. The other 4 have silver foil bags. Definitely a hodge podge of cookie tins. Makes us wonder how old some of the cookies really are...

The actual cookies are sometimes broken into pieces when I open the container.

These Dark Chocolate Pirouline are a great dessert item or as a snack. The flavor is tasty and texture is pleasing. They were fresh, good amount for price. And I would buy them again.

They tasted great, but most of them were broken on arrival.
