The media could not be loaded. Well made and such a great toy! My energetic, 75lb Presa loves this and I do too, as I'm often too tired when I get home from work to wear her out the way she deserves. Although this isn't a "play from the recliner" toy, I can still get away with minimal time/effort and she's happily exhausted within 5-10 minutes. This is by far her favorite toy for months now. Only down side is she's gotten really good at catching it within a minute so it's become more tug o' war for me than I signed up for lol. Don't leave them unattended with it, my other dog who doesn't care to catch this, has found the rope and any plastic support around it quite yummy to chew through, so we've had to get replacements a few times but it was my fault for leaving it w/in her reach. It's well made and I have no complaints but it does require some responsibility as it's not infallible, so please see my warnings below and also be mindful to regularly check that the connection between the two halves of the pole is screwed down, as it will naturally tend to unscrew with play. Can be played indoors (with space) or outdoors.Perfect for: dogs of almost all sizes, thrashers and tuggers, pups that love to chase, owners that don't always have the energy/time to fill all of their dog's play needs.Don't bother if: you have a toy-sized dog or your dog only cares about chewing a toy into bits but doesn't want to work to get it (like my other dog).Caution if: you have more than one dog interested in this and they don't share well (play with just one at a time); you'll be playing in a small cramped space; your dog is prone joint issues (running in a small circle will put a lot of stress on one side: be sure to change circle directions, widen the curves, or straighten the path by running a few steps with your dog as much as possible).Warning: if your dog likes to thrash or tug, please be prepared to support the tip of the pole or even the base of the rope, especially with larger/stronger dogs. I've had both the holding clip and top half of the pole pop off several times. Luckily it didn't hurt anyone and i soon learned to support the tip of pole to prevent this. If your dog will be thrashing, do not play near smart children or even other pets!Play responsibly and this is more than worth every penny! I highly recommend.

Excellent quality, sturdy, colorful, easy to use. My golden retiever puppy LOVES it! A plus: you can add different toys if you want.

Pay attention to the assembly instructions in the picture on Amazon, because they aren't included with the product itself. That said, assembly is very simple and takes about 2 minutes.I have a small puppy (a little over 8 lbs at 13 weeks old) and she loves this toy, so I've gotten to spend a little time every day "trolling" for puppies since I got this. the pole is a little on the heavy side (but it might just *seem* heavy because I have a partial tear of my rotator cuff). The grip on the pole is designed to be held in one or two hands, but it's worth noting that it's clearly designed for right-handed people. Also, I find the grip to be a little bit narrow for my hands and would probably find it more comfortable if it were slightly thicker. Otherwise, I'm pretty happy with this toy for my dog so far.

The media could not be loaded. I have 2 Blue Heelers that have a ton of energy and are incredible strong. The spring holds their constant tugging, pulling and both of the full weights of their bodies. The rope only lasted a week, but after a quick trip to the pet store for an ultra thick knotted rope, we are going a few weeks strong. Easy to put together, this thing provides endless hours of play. I was glad I had an extra nylon rope laying around to tie to a high branch. Best money I’ve spent on a dog toy!

Loved the pole and accessories, but it broke part after a few minutes of tug with my Golden. Disappointed.

put a little loc-tite on the threads and don't worry about it coming apart. nice heavy construction didn't break with a 30 lb. dog jerking on it. need to teach that dog some playtime rules like don't dislocate your playmate's shoulder. waving it around gave my dog the "zoomies". just what the doctor ordered. now she is sleeping like the baby she is. can't wait to start training should be interesting.

I have a Golden Retriever puppy who needs lots of exercise. We have had such cold weather and are inside with him often. I ordered this toy for him hoping to have some fun indoor play time while giving him much needed exercise. He loves this flirt pole, and it has helped my son keep his puppy occupied.

This product broke within the very first minute we used it. I bought this one specifically because it was for bigger dogs. Our dog weighs 40 lbs and this broke the first time she pulled. Horrible waste of money.
