Most frustrating piece of furniture I have ever assembled, by far. At first glance the instructions appear to be incredibly easy to follow. Once actually diving in though, it becomes more complicated. Took three times as long to assemble as it should have. It did have all of the tools necessary to assemble though, if you want a very unsteady coffee table. The wood glue included is likely nothing more than plain white Elmer’s glue and was entirely ineffective. Once I added two long screws and a handful of wire nails, the table is able to be pushed around without shaking or dislodging one or more of the side walls.Now that it is complete though, I am pretty happy with it. The color and pattern is as pictured and there is a remarkable amount of storage space for such a small coffee table. I just hope it is able to hold up over time.

Most of the assembly is time consuming but not too difficult. But, attaching the top of the table is very difficult. It took 2 of us, and even that was extremely hard. There are 6 screws to attach the hinge to the top, which are not too difficult, but be careful which way you attach it. We attached it wrong and had to go back and undo it all. The most difficult part is attaching the hinge inside after you've attached the top, which is the way the instructions said to do it. Being able to see where you are suppose to screw it, and being able to screw it, didn't work together. If you could see the screw, you couldn't screw it, if you could screw it, you couldn't see what you were doing. Never-the-less, we got it put together and I love it.

Do NOT buy this table, deserves a -5 stars if amazon allowed ! Instructions to assemble do not make any sense, the parts came with markings which are wrong ! WASTED 5 hours to assemble and looks fragile and doesn't even expand as it should. Wonder why does amazon sell such ridiculous low quality products.

Quite a bit smaller than one would think according to the listing photos. Did not recieve instructions on assembly(actually we did, they were just for a different item made by same manufacturer). We emailed the company and had a pdf of the instructions within 15 minutes ON A WEEKEND!Still a very nice table, we will be ordering a second one to compliment this one. The storage area is more than sufficient, and the wheels roll effortlessly across our shag area rug with no problems.

This little coffee table has enough storage & it’s sturdy enough. I just wish when the top is lifted it is a bit higher.

This is the worst product I have ever purchased!! Complicated to put together and if just feel apart!! Don't buy!!

Absolute nightmare to assemble, but the only lift top table we could find that is small enough to fit in the middle of our sectional. Once assembled, it’s pretty sturdy. Lift top is not smooth at all, so plan accordingly.

Because of the reviews I decided to have my friends husband who is an engineer put it together it took him about an hour and a half and yes he did have trouble with the top putting it on backwards but took it off and put it on right, there were a couple small little issues but overall he got it done it’s great for the space , I knew the height when I bought it but I think this would be the absolute perfect little coffee table for a small space if it were 3 to 5 inches taller that way your knees could fit underneath the top when it’s lifted, so that’s my only thing but otherwise it’s a great little table
