Not durable, not suitable for teens or adults.
The description states 'Completely safe for for Autism Children,Teething Babies And also appropriate for Adults (Men & Women) as well as Teens.' DEFINITELY NOT! My 14yr old daughter reduced one of these to bits in an hour, just look at the photo. They may be suitable for babies with no teeth but definitely not teens or adults as s walling chunks of silicone is surely a health and safety hazard. Can't recommend for teens or adults.

Perfect for pen chewers
When I was a boy, I used to chew my pencils. I'm now an adult man. I chew my pens. When I'm stressed at work, I chew them *hard*, like a Rottweiler with a marrowbone. Until now, this has often resulted in me spitting out ink (and sometimes fragments of an unlucky biro, though markers and highlighters have tended to be my victims), cutting my gums, leaving revolting drool-filled pen bodies on my desk etc.My friend who's a Social Worker asked me if I'd ever tried a fidget/chew toy, and I figured it was worth a try. I didn't want one of the more child-targeted ones as I'd need it for work. Lo and behold, I got my SLGOL pack (good value for 6!) and I'll never look back. They're moulded so they look like those lanyard pens you used to see, or magnetic entry fobs for door access systems. It might be a coincidence but it means they're discreet (mine hangs behind my ID badge) and they come attached to adjustable-length safety lanyards which pop off if yanked. And my god they're tough, even though they're soft.I've tried to bite through one and not left a toothmark (I also got the cat to try one rather than mauling my toothbrush - he had a good old chomp and even his sharp little needles didn't damage the chew. He gets to keep that one) and I think because they've got just that satisfying amount of 'give' that I'm not getting the jaw pains and headaches I used to get when furiously grinding a marker between my premolars. In short, heartily recommended.

Not for extreme/strong chewers
It is great that you get 6 for the same price as one ark chew neckless. However they don’t last long with strong persistent chewers. It split in half length ways after only a a week. The ark neckless usually lasts a few months. So although you get more, they are not nearly as durable.

Good but not for the older person with disabilities
Brought these for my son who has severe learning disabilities, now he's at the age of wisdom teething they're a help, but not robust enough for him as within the first hour he has managed chew through one

Not durable for ASD chewers
Not as strong and durable as I had hoped, my ASD daughter loved the design but they just didn’t last longer than a week each, which made it expensive 😕 they split at the end and that made them dangerous

A really good sensory chew
I have tried many chews for my autistic grandson . These are the best he has ever had in meeting his need to chew . They are not too hard , they are flexible, they are not too big for his mouth . The only is issue he can chew the top of where the string goes through . Leaving the chew separate from the string but he still uses it , he just holds it instead.
