KRK RP8G3-NA Rokit 8 Generation 3 Powered Studio Monitor - Pair

It is very early for me to write a full review of these speakers but I must say this about them......WOW!!! These speakers are awesome!!! The sound quality is amazing and I was so amazed at the power that they can handle!! I will write my full review once I get my Jazz tracks together, until then see ya!!11/5/2016 Ok so after having these wonderful speakers for a little over month, I can honestly say these are by far the most well built speakers that I have owned and the sound clarity is amazing!!! I will be ordering the subwoofer in a week due to the fact that lows from these speakers are solid but limited and they will need some assistance. If your a jazz fan or movie or whatever your genre of music I highly recommend these speakers for value,performance,quality and reliability!! I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend them to anyone that love music to buy them!!!!!

Purchased from Precision Audio.Build - Very well built. Sturdy and heavy. These will last a very long time as long as you don't blow them out (Which would be very hard). You will see some glue on the low end driver, but it's really not a problem.Sound - Soft accurate highs and deep tight lows. These are great if you don't want to buy a subwoofer. I could hear the lock on my door vibrating across the room, even with 2 layers of foam under the monitors. I would recommend speaker stands or some high quality foam to put under these, or else it will probably make a lot of unwanted noise. The soft highs make long mixing/listening sessions more bearable, while still being nice and accurate. These are always a good choice for Hip-Hop or Electronic music.

I rarely write reviews. I got these speakers yesterday and installed them today. Wow, what a fantastic set of speakers. I have them hooked up to my TV. I have had all the Audioengine speakers. I thought Audioengine made the best speakers in the world. I had the Emotiva too, which were great, but the KRK are something else. The RP8 G3 are not small speakers. In fact, they are really big for a desk top, but the sound is so clear and they are powerful...you should buy these without hesitation. One word of caution though...the packaging whilst being good appears to be a bit light compared to some of the packaging of competitor products like Audioengine and Emotiva. Keep the boxes if are going to move. Enjoy the sound from these speakers !

First of all, i misjudged the size of these bad boys, these things are huge, will require some room, i paired them with a krk 12s sub, and a scarlet 2i2, they pack a huge punch, clear vocals, clear bass, cant complain, went from a set of logitech speakers to these. Krk recommends a 24hr+ break-in, play a playlist or radio at minimum volume.

Throw out those Apple speaker and grab these bad boys. I bought these for producing music but absolutely love listening with these. The music sounds so crisp and clear you'll hear things in your favorite music you've never heard before. These don't shoot music around the room so do not buy them for a tv or anything like that. But for personal listening on your pc... Playing games on your pc.... Amazing.

Perform as I thought they would. Have a pair of Rokit 5's so am aquainted with the quality of KRK sound. Powerful little fellas for sure. The Rokit 8's suit my purpose entirely. They're worth it.

these replaced my Alesis Monitor Ones and a SoundBlech PL150 poweramp...tight bass -- no added color in the mid-range -- crisp and articulate high-end. WOW.

I'm not sure what happened exactly but I received boxes with junk in them! It has been a nightmare trying to receive any kind of help with this! In the process of waiting on a paper copy of my police report for Amazon even though I gave them the incident number that the police officer told me would be sufficient.The worse part: I don't even think that I want these anymore after one of my friends allowed me to borrow his pair after he heard what happened! These are a joke compared to the Eris Presonis 8's I also recently had the pleasure of listening to... Buy the Presonis 8's instead, you will not be disappointed! That's what I'm doing as soon as I'm able to!
